When you walk inside there is a huge foyer that includes racks for your skis and snowboards. There will be a bathroom on your right hand side and the master bedroom on your left. There is also an additional fridge in the foyer which can be used for all your extra groceries! 

Master bedroom:

You will walk up a few stairs and be greeted with a kitchen, a large dining room table and a massive living room to your left. There is also another bathroom off the kitchen. 

Kitchen

  • microwave, oven and fridge

  • The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses. 
  • I include coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt and pepper and cooking oil. 


Living room: 

  • large leather couch set that includes a 3 person couch, a 2 person couch and a chair.

  • There are two bedrooms off the living room. 


2nd bedroom:

  • 2 single beds, side table and a lamp


3rd bedroom: 

  • 1 single bed, side table and a lamp 

To the right of the dining room are two rooms with lofts.

4th bedroom: 

  • you have to climb a ladder to get access to this bedroom. You will have a double bed in the loft. 

5th bedroom: 

  • one single bed below 
  • one double bed above in the loft. You have to climb a ladder to get access to this bed. 


To the second level you need to walk up the stairs. To your right of the stairs us a games room and 3 beds. There is a foosball table and 3 spaces with beds. Two single beds and a double bed. There is also a closet for you to hang your clothes.. This is why we call this the “Treehouse.” This is the 6th bedroom. 

To the left of the stairs you will see the 3rd bathroom on your right and the 7th bedroom straight ahead. There is a closet with extra bedding and and space for you to hang your clothes. 

All bathrooms have tub/shower and we provide hand soap, body soap and shampoo and conditioner. 

The suite is a 5 minute walk to the village. You can ski directly from the 6th or 8th floor onto the Moguls track which will bring you to either the Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket or Snow Ghost

Overnight Parking & RV Parking - PERMIT ONLY Parking permits can be obtained at Central Mountain Check In Overnight permit cost $20/night per vehicle. No utility trailers permitted. Weekly permits cost $100/week per vehicle. No utility trailers, RV/campers. RV's and/or campers permits cost $50/night per RV/camper - 7 night a season maximum Vehicles without a permit will be towed at the owners expense.

If the arrival date is greater than 45 days, 25% of the accommodation value will be due to confirm the accommodation. The remaining 75% balance will be due 45 days before the arrival date. Late payments will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit amount paid.

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Please ensure to read and follow the check-out procedures to ensure there are no additional cleaning costs.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
