This extensively renovated home located in the quiet neighbourhood of Blueberry Hill is the perfect spot for gathering with your bubble of family and friends. There are four bedrooms to make sure there is room for everyone and a spacious living level that has a light-filled, airy open feel in the living, dining, and kitchen area. There are outdoor spaces that catch the morning to evening sun, where you can relax before or after your days’ adventures. From Blueberry Hill you can walk into the village on the lit Valley Trail and leave the car at home in the double garage. Surrounded by forest trails and the lake is a short walk away makes this the perfect central neighbourhood.
The spacious main living area is located on the main floor and features a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room with fantastic mountain views! This area also includes a gas fireplace, Bose speaker system, and large screen TV, and two private balconies (one off the back with a private BBQ and one off the front with mountain views.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats 8 comfortably and up to 10, plus the kitchen island seats 3 on stools.

Village and Lake Access:
You can walk into the village on the lit Valley Trail (approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk) and leave the car at home in the double garage. This property is surrounded by forest trails and the lake being a short walk away (approx.. 10 minutes), makes this the perfect central neighbourhood.
Alternatively, for access to the ski lifts and Village, many guests choose to drive or taxi 5 minutes to the base of Whistler Village to access the gondola and lifts.
Concierge service Is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, dinner reservations, ski/board lessons, organize and purchase lift tickets on your behalf, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree, relaxing vacation. Once you make your reservation, our concierge will be contacting you to assist with all your needs and questions.
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for pre-authorization. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Please ensure to read and follow the check-out procedures to ensure there are no additional cleaning costs.

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
