Ideal year-round location to explore and enjoy all that Whistler has to offer! The Woods Complex, located in the Benchlands of Upper Village, is relaxing and quiet while having easy access to everything. We are situated just off the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course, steps from Lost Lake and the Whistler Valley Trail system. We are about a 10-minute walk to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, and a few minutes further to Main Village. You can also hop on the complimentary Village Shuttle operating year-round, taking you to both Blackcomb base and Whistler Base/Village in just a few minutes. The covered shuttle stop is located just outside the complex.
This is our family home where we love spending time with our two kids and friends. We enjoy the quiet location, natural light, deck space to relax and BBQ, easy ground floor load in/out, and the proximity to Upper Village and Lost Lake. The open floor plan creates a comfortable space to hang out whether dining in or out. We hope you love it as much as we do!
The large entryway has great space for hanging gear and sports equipment. There is a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed and twin trundle. A second bathroom is off the hallway outside the second bedroom. The washer/dryer is off the hallway. Towards the back of the home, the open living area has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a full kitchen and dining area with a large deck and BBQ.
In the summer, you are steps away from biking, hiking, golf & and a swimming beach at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake offers great hiking and mountain biking trails. The Family Adventure Zone in Upper Village has tons of children’s activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and more! The Whistler Farmer’s market held every Sunday is a must! Great food vendors, jewelry, local artists and more.
In the winter, Lost Lake Nordic trails are at your doorstep, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and exploring. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Blackcomb base, or the free village shuttle is right outside and can get you to Whistler base or Blackcomb base within minutes. You can ski home at the end of the day via Blackcomb's 'Home Run' (puts you across the street) OR stop in Whistler Village for a little après ski and jump on the free shuttle – it gets you home in 5 minutes!
Our home offers a covered parking space and an additional outdoor parking for a second vehicle, ecologs for the fireplace, complimentary internet access, private balcony with gas BBQ, in-suite laundry, bike rack just outside the unit for safe and easy storage, and a mudroom entrance with plenty of space for shoes, boots, skis, coats, etc. We’ve added extras such as hairdryers in each bathroom, beach towels, games, puzzles and a well-appointed cook’s kitchen.
