My home is a spacious and well appointed 1 bedroom air-conditioned condo (sleeps 4) at The Marquise. It has a great ski-in ski-out location in winter and in summer you are a short walk to Lost Lake for swimming and picnics.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payments are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.|

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||$75 charge will be incurred for excessive cleaning after departure.|
|Excessive Noise||No excessive noise allowed in building after 10:30 pm.|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning available on request at a small fee|
