Communal Pool (seasonal) and hot tub access is shared between the town home complex.

Walk into the main floor's OPEN and MODERN Layout, with a Kitchen/living and dining room (sits 6-8) for all guests to enjoy. The kitchen boasts STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, a LARGE BREAKFAST BAR, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER, OVEN, FRIDGE, STOVE + more

The living room with a WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE creates the perfect environment to play games, chat, watch TV and bond with your family or friends! The patio has a GAS BBQ and large outside dining table for those summer night meals!

The living room also has a QUEEN SIZED SOFA BED which seeps an additional 2 people.

On this floor, there is a LARGE BATHROOM with TONS of storage and a QUEEN sized bed in the bedroom located on the main floor.

As you walk downstairs, a FULL LAUNDRY ROOM with a WASHER and DRYER is tucked away by the staircase. Guests can do laundry and an IRONING BOARD and IRON are also provided during your stay. There is a room with 2 TWIN BEDS that has a nice, large BATHROOM (heated floors) attached to it with a shower. The Twin bedroom also has a TV with ROKU/Netflix. This room is perfect for 2 kids!

Walk across the hall and you'll find the grand MASTER SUITE with a KING Bed , TV with ROKU/Netflix and SPACIOUS LAYOUT. Here, there is a Bathroom with a JACUZZI style bath tub, heated floors and big, bright windows!

*Due to covid19, the communal pool and hot tub are closed. Strata will announce the reopening date. Sorry to our guest so, we have no control over this*

Guests will enter the home with their own personalized check in code and will have access to the entire home during their stay.

Guests will have their privacy and the host will be available 24-7 by phone, e-mail, or text contact.

Enjoy the convenience of  parking your car in our secure, private garage. If groups have more than 1 vehicle, the other can park in the driveway. There is limited visitors parking in the complex

COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations
Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19:

  • Ensuring AT LEAST 24 hours between guests' Check In and Out times
  • Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
  • Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes and all light switches.

The comfort and safety of our guests is always priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed

Please note:
The Dave Murray downhill Run is a Black run. The bottom of the run should really be described as Blue (for confident intermediate skiers). If you ski in, you will have to do the Dave Murray Downhill from the top which is a black run and a bit trickier than the bottom portion by the ski out.

We do provide 1 safe burning fire-log for your stay, but ask that guests pick up extra (if desired) from a local supplier (home hardware, fresh st market, Creekside Market)\

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
