Located in a prestigious neighborhood, the Nordic Estates of Whistler... in a family-oriented and quiet area that sits between Creekside (Whistler's best-kept secret and original town-site) and Whistler Village. Taulswood at the Bluffs complex is located high up in the hill to allow for gorgeous mountain and sunset views. Away from the noise, but close to all the action- the perfect combo for any family, couple or business getaway!

Winter: Enjoy Ski in and out access a few minutes walk from the home via the Dave Murray Trail (intermediate) that takes you right to the base of Creekside mountain, where the Creekside gondola is (base of Whistler Mountain)

Summer: Bike In & out from the home as we are slope side to the popular Creekside bike park trails, including the blue run, Insomnia, the Creekside Gondola is only minutes away!

THE LAYOUT
Enjoy the convenience of driving up to the home and unloading all your gear and suitcases before grabbing the parking key to our secure, undercover parking lot. Then, walk into your front entranceway- equipped with tons of storage room for: skis, boots, jackets, and gear for your whole party.

Walk up a flight of stairs, on to a BRIGHT main floor with large south facing windows that showcase mountain views and lush tree lines. The living area is a gorgeous open space to relax with family or friends after a long day on the hill. A gas fireplace will provide the perfect amount of "cozy" with a hot cup of cocoa. A Smart TV with Cable and Netflix lets guests unwind while on holiday. There are also board games available to entertain the whole family! The dining room, patio and GAS BBQ are also right off of the living room. Enjoy the use of the BBQ year round!

The kitchen is well equipped and all you need to make a great meal for any occasion! A Coffee maker and kettle are provided as well as coffee and tea for your stay. Many household kitchen appliances are available to you.

The main bedroom (Queen) is located on this floor as well as a FULL bathroom and another Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (can sleep 2 adults plus 2 kids )

Enjoy in suite laundry and dryer facilities for your stay! Perfect for a ski trip- never put on wet gloves again!

Walk up the stairs to your Master Bedroom Oasis! A plush, Queen sized bed with a large walk in closet and ensuite with a Jacuzzi style tub is everything you need after a long day exploring Whistler.

PARKING
You can park your vehicles in our secure parking lot using the key provided inside the home.

*Due to covid19, the spa area is currently closed. Strata will announce the reopening date. Sorry to our guest so, we have no control over this.

COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations
Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19:

  • Ensuring AT LEAST 24 hours between guests' Check In and Out times
  • Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
  • Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes and all light switches.

The comfort and safety of our guests is always priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be refunded. To claim this refund review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
