Featuring the best in deluxe Westcoast Alpine Contemporary design. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome offers spacious living, spread over 3.5 levels. Within walking distance to Whistler Village and situated along the Fitzsimmons Creek and Valley Trail system this home offers a perfect Whistler vacation retreat. Enter the property through the private garage to the inhouse laundry closet and mudroom. Up a flight of stairs guests are welcomed to the "lower level" of the home featuring a media room with wet bar and the 4th bedroom with a king bed which can be converted into two twin beds upon request. This bedroom has access to a shared ensuite bathroom with steam shower. Off the media room guests have access to a private hot tub and exquisite outdoor seating area around a featured gas fireplace. 

Winding up to the main living level of this home, an open concept living, dining and kitchen area provide for seamless entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, walk in pantry, built-in espresso machine and top of the line appliances is the feature of this main living level with a dining room centered in-between the sunk-in living room. Expansive outdoor living extends off the living room with built-in gas BBQ and seating area overlooking the complex common grounds. A powder room is located off the kitchen and dining area for convenience.  The top level of this home features 3 full bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, private balcony and beautiful ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, see through gas fireplace and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon advance request. Both secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, approximately 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive (approximately $2.50 per ride). Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. For guests visiting in the winter months (December- March) we provide one parking pass per unit for an underground parking garage located in the main village center, about a 2-3 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center. Guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a liquor store, coffee shop and other retail outlets.

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets,  pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Beautiful house!

This is an amazing house in Whistler with a large stunning kitchen. We had plenty of room to share with family. There are 3 levels with a lot of stairs, I was happy to get my daily workout going up and down; however, I would be mindful of this if a guest is less mobile on lots of stairs.

The location was great and in walking distance to the village that takes about 15 minutes. We would have liked a little closer to the village for going back and forth in a day but this was not an issue as you are given a free parking pass if you prefer to drive. I would recommend this property, it is well worth the price tag.

Immaculate modern accommodation

Only problem that should be fixed is the fireplace. We lit one of the supplied compressed fake logs on night number one and despite making sure the flue was fully open, after 30 minute we had smoke alarms going crazy without much luck in stopping them until we opened multiple windows and extinguished the fire. As a result we did not use the main floor fireplace again while we were there.

We have been coming to Whistler Cornucopia (and at all different times thru the year) for over twenty years. Each year we look for the best deal that meets the needs as far as capacity and location for the specific group on that trip. Several years ago I lucked onto a listing for Fitzsimmons Walk managed by Rob Sproule; and the unit just hit it outta the park.

As always, the Fitz Walk condos were just the luxury accommodations they are advertised as being. This is the fourth or fifth year we've stayed in one the units managed by Rob and each one has been everything we hoped for.

This is a yearly tradition for us and we won't hesitate to book here again next year. The price point during the shoulder season is an overwhelming value.

This is a screamin deal for anybody looking to impress family or friends...

Beautiful Accommodations in Convenient Location

We spent two weeks in this beautiful home and enjoyed the ease of close, walking-distance to the Village. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with every amenity needed to prepare meals and lots of space to spread out. The location is an easy walk to Nester's grocery store, trails and the Village for dining, shopping and activities.

Rob and his team were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating when we had questions; and were always responsive and patient! when we contacted him. Thanks so much for making us feel at home during our holiday!

Fitzsimmons walk beauty

Great property and accommodation. Kitchen was really good and well equipped.

Bedding was all first class. A couple of suggestions though - some instructions on using the TV remote would be helpful. Better thermostat control as the upstairs bedrooms were quite warm. In addition, getting a canopy over the hot tub would be a nice touch

Perfect home for a group of friends.

Loved the place, however your home entertainment system is a bit dysfunctional. Being an audio buff and very familiar with sonos and logitech programable controllers things are not set up right. No one in our group could operate things properly and I had to help themall the time. wrong components turn on when selecting certain functions. Sonos server for downstairs was unplugged iwth no plugs available so music did not work down there.

A full roll of paper towels would have been great as well as a few general spices such as pepper and salt.

House was great for our group and everyone loved it. Noise travels through the house though. Parking was super easy and convenient. a 15 min walk into the village was nice.

We did a lot of cooking and kitchen was perfect for people that liek to cook. Hand mixer only had one beater that we could find.

Hot tub was great. not that private but perfect after a day of skiing.

The location was superb - walking distance to Whistler Village, recreation, shopping and grocery. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for relaxing together and for privacy; kitchen was great for cooking meals for a large family; great to have washer/dryer in the condo. Inconvenient that the builder/developer failed to include a half bath on the main floor, but this is not a reflection on the owner. Would have appreciated more towels. A delightful stay.

Clean and spacious family home away from home

We needed a clean and spacious 4 bedroom, self catering unit for our annual family reunion when we travel to BC from Singapore and catch up with the two eldest whom are living in Vancouver. The family head count is now up to seven with the two eldest partners so this was a perfect unit to accommodate all of us comfortably and also provide some quiet areas to relax.

The large kitchen, amenities and utensils were brilliant for us as we always self-cater during our stays, helped by a more than adequate Nesters Supermarket just a five minute walk away. This was a very easy unit to make ourselves feel at home with the comfort and luxury of the furniture nicely contributing to a brilliant family reunion.

The location is very close to the Valley Trail so hiking / walking to Whistler Village is very convenient. We will be returning to Whistler and sincerely hope this unit is still a holiday home so we can book it again. Many thanks to Rick Eastwood and Rob Sproule for taking the extra effort to make this an easy place to be right at home.

Beautiful property and very clean. Close to the garage entrance which meant lugging skis in boots was not far for taxi pick-up, which was also very good, quick and inexpensive as this is not a ski-in ski-out property. The condo does provide a parking pass which is a big plus! Be prepared for many stairs as this is a multi-level!

Excessive Cleaning:
