The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.


The next floor up is a semi-open concept living area and features a professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating. A dining room is situated off a second entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is centered on a gas fireplace with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ and views of the Valley Trail and mountains. 

The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a  king bed and offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has a 3-tier high bunk bed (single beds) plus a single bed (see pictures), and the third bedroom has a queen bed. A full shared bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

LOCATION

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.

Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes. 

Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.

Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).

Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. 


CONCIERGE SERVICE

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.


AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.


CHECK IN INFORMATION

Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
