Situated along the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome features fairway and mountain views from the incredible vaulted picturesque windows. Blackcomb Greens is a short walk to Lost Lake in the summer and a quick free shuttle ride to the ski lifts. Featuring a spacious open concept living area with queen sofa bed, large picture windows, vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. A breakfast bar and large dining table offer ample seating around the fully equipped kitchen. Off the main living space is a balcony with BBQ overlooking the common area courtyard and golf course.
Two spacious bedrooms are located on this main living level. One bedroom has a king bed, which can be converted into two twins upon request with a TV, the other bedroom has two twins, which can be converted into a king bed upon request with a private TV. A full-shared bathroom with stand-up shower and large foyer closet complete this level. A master retreat awaits on the top level of this townhome. With its own level, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub offer a luxury retreat from the rest of the home. A laundry closet is located on landing of the stairs leading to the master retreat. Ski home at the end of the day or walk to clubhouse for your round of golf – you could not ask for a more idyllic location!

Blackcomb Greens is centrally located within the Upper Benchlands on Blackcomb. Situated along the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and within a 5-10 minute walk to Lost Lake Park and Trails. Guests can walk to the ski lifts in the winter within 10 minutes or take a quick free village shuttle. The shuttle will take guests to both mountain bases and the main Whistler Village. Please note that there is two small flights of stairs from the underground parking, a few steps up to the entrance of the townhome and than a final flight of stairs leading to the main living level of this townhome.
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1000. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Guests will be charged if they leave the unit excessively dirty. Cleaning fee is $45 per hour
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
