It is easy to find upon first entering the village and situated steps away from Marketplace with its 'IGA Plus' grocery store, liquor store, post office, and many cafes and restaurants. It is simply a matter of walking out of the complex to pick up the free shuttle for the lifts or a short stroll should you prefer to walk. Meadow Park Sports Centre & local churches are all close-by.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Arrival Days||We accept arrivals on any day of the week.|
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking. Please note; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||E-mailed upon receipt of balance - usually 45 days before arrival. Later for last minute bookings|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|
Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Guests will be evicted for excessive noise.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Complete emergency call-out in plcae for booked guests|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4 people maximum overnight. Excess occupants will result in eviction|
|Missing Items||Guests authorise a $200 credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies. Guests will be liable for $25 + taxes for missing lost keys.|
|Noise Restrictions||excessive noise will result in eviction.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for damage incurred by tenants or their guests. We invite guests into our home as friends & ask them to leave it as they find it.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||2 complaints will reult in eviction by local security company at guests' expense. Will be evicted for excessive noise,Common & Private Property damage,disturbing the peace.|

|Reservation Guarantee||Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then the balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not yet paid the balance then it will be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation.|

The living area is comfortably furnished & decorated with beautiful prints of Whistler scenes. It is equipped with a Large Screen Digital TV, DVD player & stereo. Our property faces west and affords guests the luxury of relaxing & dining in privacy.
The dining area has an extending table which can comfortably seat six if required. We have supplied linen napkins & place settings.
Northstar is a new and modern complex. Its corner location ensures privacy. (How annoying is it eating,relaxing etc in the direct gaze of neighbours?)
