This is an ideal vacation rental for couples. The cleanliness, amenities, and level of service from the owners are equivalent to a nice hotel AND the suite is fully appointed with everything you need to cook nice meals, including a new BBQ on the balcony. If you choose to use the parkade you will need to purchase a ticket from the parking machine located at the lobby entrance. You may park in the roundabout while purchasing the ticket. Cost is $17/ day (day = 24 hour period). THERE'S NO STREET PARKING IN WINTER. In the summer months you may choose to park on the street.|

The Suite Life @ the Aspens on Blackcomb is a true ski-in and ski-out location. That's why people come back year after year! It's central and convenient. If you're coming in from out of town, no need to rent a car because the area is serviced by a free village shuttle winter, spring, summer, and fall! We love this!!!
Route 4 - Free Marketplace Shuttle to and from the Gondola Transit Exchange (mid Nov to April).
Route 5 - Free Upper Village / Benchlands Shuttle from the Exchange to Blackcomb Lodge and the benchlands (the Benchlands is where the Aspens is located). It drops passengers off right out in front of the complex!
Route 8 - Free Lost Lake Shuttle (mid June to early Sept).

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||The 25% deposit is non-refundable unless there is a government ordered shut down. Then full refunds will be given. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. No exceptions as all transactions are processed automatically. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delayed Arrivals||Acceptable. Your private access code will work anytime of day or night. Remember, this is a privately owned unit, so there's no need to check in at the front desk. You may go directly to the unit.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Specific details about your stay in our suite will be emailed to you directly; including your unique access code to the suite, the access code to common areas, and all other pertinent information|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|
Guest Stay Policies
Check-In Information: We will provide you with full arrival, check-in and property instructions when we receive final payment. If you do not receive these prior to your departure, please contact us immediately. Please Note: The credit card you used today WILL NOT automatically be billed for the balance remaining. Please take note of the "Balance Date" in the details above and be sure to process your final payment on or before this date. To make your final payment, return to our website, sign in, and make your final payment. Thank you!
|Bike Storage||Secured bike storage is available on Parking Level P1. You will need to bring your own cable and lock. Bikes are not allowed in the elevators, hallways, or suites.|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm Early check-in may be arranged as long as there is no one checking out on the day you arrive. Please ask in advance.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am IMPORTANT: No exceptions as the access codes are time sensitive and are automatically disabled at 10 am.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Guests may be evicted based on excessive noise.|
|Housekeeping||The home will be cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. For the health and safety of our cleaning team, we are no longer offering mid-stay cleans. Extra bath and kitchen towels will still be made available upon request.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Please call Oz for emergencies at (604) 514-1456|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Maximum capacity is 4. No exceptions. Your access code will be deactivated if this policy is abused. If you have a unique situation, please speak to us directly.|
|Missing Items||Inventory is completed after each check-out. Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items. If you are concerned that prior guests may have taken items, you may review the suite pictorial inventory pages at the back of the appliance manual binder stored in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. If you find missing items, please alert us immediately via text.|
|Parking & Ticketing||The Aspens is a paid parking building at a rate of $17/day. Detailed parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.|
|Property Damage||A condition inspection is completed by our cleaning team after each check-out. Stains on upholstery or carpets will incur a minimum charge of $189.00 + tax. If you are concerned that prior guests may have caused damage, please alert us immediately via text.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||Guests will be evicted based on excessive noise, smoking on the property, or otherwise abusive behaviour as determined by the Aspens Staff.|
Our one bedroom condo is on the 3rd Floor and has a beautiful view of the trees. Immediatlely to the right of the entryway is the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open concept. To the left of the entryway is the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom. The lanai with the lovely adirondack chairs can be accessed off the living room.
Sleeping Areas & Beds
The bedroom has a brand new King pillowtop mattress. The Double sofa bed is made of comfy memory foam. We just purchased brand new luxury linens for the entire suite (Dec 22, 2019). That's right, new luxe sheet sets, pillows, duvets, duvet covers, towels, decorative pillows, throws... the whole shebang!

When our family visits Whistler, we often eat in. That's why our kitchen is fully equipped & there's a BBQ on the deck! We love easy, hearty meals. So we've included a large crock pot and rice cooker to help you make them. Put your favourite hearty-saucey recipe in the crockpot in the morning and slow cook it all day. After a fun day exploring the mountain, you'll have a meal ready to serve in minutes. YUM! Or... better yet... fire up the bbq and dine al fresco!

|Cookware||I love to cook so the cookware in the kitchen is ample! For those of you that like to bake, a cookie sheet, cake pan, and muffin tins are stored in the oven drawer. There's a large soup pot, a veggie steamer/double boiler... and so much more!|
|Dish Soap||Dish soap is provided, however, for the safety of all our friends and family, please use the dishwasher exclusively. That translates into NO hand washing the unit's dishes!!! Dishwasher pods and a new kitchen sponge are provided for our guests.|

Our family lives in the lower mainland and treks to Whistler as often as possible! Seriously... we do. When our work lives get too hectic... we play good-old-fashioned hookie. It's fun. Inspiring. But more importantly, it keeps us sane after too many 80-hour work weeks (and some of you know exactly what we're talkin' about here!).
We love Whistler and can't seem to get enough of it!
Truth is... we're game for anything that smacks of adventure: skiing, mountain bike riding, exploring new trails, hiking familiar ones, fishing, kayaking, swimming... or even sitting... with a good book in hand... next to Lost Lake... on a lazy summer day.
Ahhhh... those are the Whistler-moments we revel in.
When we hit the Wecome to Whistler sign, I (Laura) roll down my window and take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Then I take another one. And another. After 2 or 3, I finally relax -- and the excitement of whatever we've planned that day washes over me -- like a kid on Christmas morning.
