An easy ski in/out corner suite with amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and fireworks from the private deck with hot tub and BBQ. Our building has underground heated parking with elevator access. The secure ski lockers are just down the hall from our unit. Take the elevator one floor up and step on to the ski run down to the Gondola in Happy Valley or take the short cut to the bottom of the Ridge Rocket. At the end of the day the condo is an easy ski down from the Village. Great for families of all ages!

We have stayed at Big White on many occasions but this was our first in Glacier Lodge 203. The property was above expectations. Exceptionally clean with everything that we needed, including those little things like condiments etc. Kerry made us feel like it was our own place. The location was perfect with easy access to skiing and a short walk to the village. Unfortunately our holiday was cut short with Big White closing early due to covid-19 and Kerry did everything she could to make it easier for us to do what we had to get back to Australia as it was.

Just below the main village centre with its mix of bars and restaurants, ski school and shops and minutes from Happy Valley amenities (ice climbing tower, snowmobile rides, tubing park and restaurants), Glacier Lodge is a prime ski in ski out condo building.
From the rear of the building, you are on a walkable ski-run that takes you up to the village centre. There is a good selection of restaurants within a 5 minute walk in the Village Centre. We are also a 5 minute walk down the same walkable ski-run to Happy Valley where there is a skating rink, tube park, ice climbing structure and snowshoe trails.

Guest Stay Policies
We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . We will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Please respect your neighbors, if this is violated You will get evicted without a refund! . See Terms of Eviction|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay.. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Resort .|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Call me directly and I will arrange for any emergencies to be addressed immediately or as soon as possible.|

|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Ski-in access to your condo is from one floor above with the ski bridge leading to the Gondola Way run and your secure ski locker in the hallway making ski in/ski out convenient and easy!
There are beautiful wood floors in main living area and heated slate in the entry and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and plenty of storage. A TV and ensuite bath that includes a slate and glass steam shower with rainshower head helps you to relax at the end of the day - or step out the glass door to the deck where you can enjoy the view from the hot tub.
A second bedroom has twin over double bunk bed and TV - perfect for the kids!
The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area, so you can enjoy the fireplace, views over the mountains or relax in front of the big screen TV. Wireless internet, Netflix, movies and games (video and board) all allow for alternate entertainment when the lifts stop spinning.
The excellent variety of restaurants and bars are a short 5 minute walk (or 1 minute ski to the village gondola) away which makes this a perfect location for your ski holiday.
The city of Kelowna is less than an hour away with excellent shopping, movie theatres, wineries and restaurants.
