If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be refunded. To claim this refund review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise bylaws are strict - you will be removed from the premises if noise is excessive. All fines and penalties will be charged to the guest.|

The property has a private entrance with a dedicated ski storage locker located on the landing by the front door. The hallway has plenty of space for coats and gear. The master bedroom has a large closet with laundry and hanging space, as well as a built in dresser and desk. The bathroom has a modern shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. The fully equipped galley kitchen has plenty of storage space, a full fridge, bar fridge, stove and dishwasher. There are two chairs at the kitchen island and the living room features a queen genuine leather queen sized pull-out couch and comfy chair. There is also a window seat along the front and a large wood burning fireplace in the corner.
The entrance to the loft is by ladder located next to the kichen island. The loft has an opening window (with fire escape ladder and smoke alarm), and is well vented to ensure good air circulation. The loft is not suitable for small children.

The room sits 5-6 people on sofa, chair and window seat. It has a rustic feel with a warm fireplace and gorgeous wood and stone walls.
There is no separate dining area, but kitchen island and/or tv trays work well.
We (Sandy and Mike) live in North Vancouver. We enjoy boating, skiing, mountain biking and all that the oceans and mountains have to offer. We both have busy professional lives that sees us traveling frequently around the globe, but we try to escape to Whistler with our family whenever we can. When we can't, we welcome the opportunity to share our Whistler retreat with you!
