Our home sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended. The bedding consists of a queen bed, two twins and a queen sofa bed.
Large living room with dining area. The living room contains a 48" Smart TV and Xbox One with Kinect Sensor. Xbox games are included for you to enjoy. Cable TV and Netflix are included in the living room. A cozy gas fireplace provides heat after a long day on the slopes. A sofa bed is also included in the living room which comfortably sleeps 2.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cooking utensils, and coffee maker. We will supply coffee to start your day right. Alternatively across the street are numerous coffee shops, including Starbucks.
Bedroom number one includes a comfortable queen bed.
Bedroom 2 is an ensuite bedroom consisting of two twin beds. This bedroom has a 40" flat screen TV, with 100+ channels of cable TV. Bedroom 2 has its own separate entrance to the private patio area with comfortable chairs and a private hot tub.
Glacier's Reach has shared facilities that our guests can use which include a outdoor heated pool, exercise room and spa.
Other things to note
This is a special home for us. To ensure it is well maintained we take a $500 security deposit which will be refunded once our cleaners have performed a security inspection. We do not allow sub-letting of our unit. We ask that you treat our home with respect.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
