New ski in/ski out 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome with loads of natural light at Echo Landing. The main floor is perfect for entertaining with open concept living, dining with an expansive kitchen equipped with all the essentials for ski/snowboard day breakfasts, lunches and family holiday meals. After a fun filled day on the slopes enjoy a relaxing hot tub or cozy up in front of the living room fireplace with views of Mt Morrisey and Mt Tod.

Our home is a 3 storey townhome with the entrance and garage on the ground level and open concept kitchen, dining and living on the main floor. The bedrooms on the upper floor sleep 8 in luxurious comfort with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a third bedroom that has a TV, bunk beds (twin over full) and a bean bag chair that flips out into a bed the kids will love!

Amenities include wireless internet, Apple TV with Netflix and Crave, PS2, BBQ, hardwood floors, heated tile entryway and washroom floors, washer dryer and a dining table that can easily accommodate 10 with another 4 seats at the kitchen island. The two car garage has space for skis, snowboards, boots and all your gear.

Our holiday home is located on the 15th hole of the golf course and is ski in- ski out access via the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Echo Landing is a 10-15 minute stroll along the picturesque village pedestrian path to restaurants, spas and entertainment as well as has quick access to nordic trails and the new skating rink (under construction until early 2020). There is also a convenient daytime in-resort shuttle bus in the winter

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
