Our family had a great time at Big White and really liked staying in this property. It was one of the rare occasions the place was better than expected. It was well equipped and spacious.
Management had a nice welcome gift and was kind enough to let us know one of our vehicles could possibly get towed if left where it was. The next day they left a hand written card and little hot chocolate gift card for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service! We happily recommend this place and would definitely stay again. The condo is located on the 3rd floor of a four storey building. Ski out access is on the 2nd floor to the rear of the building. This is also where the ski lockers are located. The ground floor is the underground parking for the building with overflow parking available outside. The bulding is serviced by one elevator and stairwells at eack end. Large open halways allow in plenty of light and you can easily view the fireworks from the front foyer on the 3rd floor with plenty of room for a number of people.
