Overall, the place was perfect for our group! Thank you for allowing us to stay! The location was perfect and all the amenities were exactly as promised and in great condition.

The only concern we had was the hot tub. The water turned bad very quickly and unfortunately it took a couple days to get the service provider out there. Courtney did get them out there, but only after the water became unusable. I appreciate the service provider only wanting the shock the water, so that we could still use it - and it was a good temporary solution. But the water truly needed to be drained and tub cleaned. You could see residue building up on the inside. I only bring this up, as I've owned 3 hot tubs, and I appreciate the maintenance required. But I would encourage you to have it drained and cleaned properly, so the next round of guests don't have to have a less than perfect hot tub experience.

Honestly though, if that was my only concern - I would say the overall trip was a success! Thank you again for allowing us to stay - we had a great time and will reach back out on our next trip to Whistler, thanks! -Chad

One other minor note: There is only 1 RCA cable for your entire entertainment system. Meaning, if you want to watch a DVD or Bluray, you have to move the one cable from the cable box to the other device, then move it back. Not sure what happened to the other HDMI cables, but it may be worth checking out.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise excessive noise after 10 pm can result in strata fines.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour pager service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 12 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction. This limit may not be exceeded
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

  • Third Floor-Master Bedroom with a King and a single rollaway bed and private TV/VCR/DVD player, private deck and a remodelled ensuite with a jacuzzi tub.

We are from the UK and BC. We are all avid skiiers and boarders, including our 5 children! Some of us have been here for 20 years and some came for the first time in 1997 for a ski trip. Needless to say, this place left a lasting impression on us! In spring 2002, we bought two properties for personal use, one of which is listed on AlluraDirect.com! We decided to call Whistler our home because of all of the places we have ever skiied, Whistler offers the best terrain, service and all around amenities.
