House manual GENERAL *Check out is at 10:00 am sharp! If you're still there when the cleaners arrive, you may be charged a $50 late check out fee! * Please respect that my home is a smoke free home. Absolutely no smoking of any type in the house or on the deck. * Quiet after 11pm. This includes TV, music, phone call volume, etc. You don’t have to turn it off, just keep the volume low. * Use coasters under drinks on all wood furniture. * Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. *Use ski lockers at all times! PETS * No pets in the suite please. KITCHEN USE & FOOD: *You have full kitchen privileges *Please throw out any excess food from fridge before checking out. *Please load the dishwasher and turn it on before leaving. HOT TUB: * Do not sit on the cover. * Absolutely no drinks/beverages on, in or near the hot tub. * Please use towels provided by the patio door. *Please supervise kids at all times. The water is quite warm so children should not stay in very long TV LIVING ROOM *For the TV in the living room, one remote controls the TV, cable box, and receiver. All three must be turned on for a full viewing experience. *other TV's have one remote each. VALUABLES *There is a safe provided in the closet in the upstairs bedroom. We recommend using it for peace of mind. *Please leave safe open when checking out. GARBAGE/RECYCLING *The garbage and recycling room is located outside to the right of the main door. It's a 'roll up' door and is open all day until 11:00 pm. FIREPLACE *Please use the pressed logs provided (strata rule). The wood is for decorative purposed only. More pressed logs can be found in the grocery store below. BREAKER BOX *If a breaker happens to trip, the breaker box is located behind the pic in the dining room. PARKING *The parking spot is located under the building. The parking spot is #283 which is right beside the stairway. The code to enter the underground parking is 2007. PLEASE remember that when you check out you have to check out your car as well! The cleaners use the parking spot to clean the condo after your departure. COMMON AREA *You are welcome to use the common area outside the suite. Please respect others who are using this area. Keep noise to a minimum and supervise children at all times.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity Sleeps 3 couples very comfortably. The loft space is a bit tight so I usually recommend it for a single adult, a couple that likes to snuggle (it's a double bed), or 2 kids. The kids love it up there!
