About Listing

Enjoy your family vacation at this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. With great 180 degree views of Mt. Morrisey and more.  It has true ski in/ski out access to some of the best snow in the country. Our condo includes all the comforts of home to make your vacation a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Take a soak in the private hot tub on the extra large deck, BBQ a steak or cook a turkey for your Christmas dinner - this condo is fully appointed to suit your needs. 

Bedrooms 1 (with ensuite) has a queen sized bed, with comfortable mattresses, luxurious linens and down pillows and duvets. Bedroom 2 has double/single bunk beds also with down pillows and duvets. The bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's.  And of course, cable and wireless internet is available.

The garage space has and extra 232 square feet so there is plenty of room for storing all your ski equipment, and tons of space for getting ready to hit the slopes and also to hang your wet gear for the next days adventures.  This extra space is an unusual feature for most condos, no more tiny entryways and hassle trying to get everyone ready and out the door at the same time.  We kindly ask you to park on the garage pad in front of the unit and not inside.  Extra parking is avilable on a first come first serve basis.

A short 10 min walk to the village provides opportunities for shopping, dining, swimming at the outdoor pool and skating on the newly constructed NHL sized skating rink. If skiing isn't your passion, there are many other activities such as snowshoeing, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and golfing to be found in this year round resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was better than the photos show. It is a great size and well equipped and the hot tub was a real treat after a days skiing. We enjoyed the ski in/ski out. The management company were very responsive with Andrea providing us with a flash light in case of a power blackout in Sun Peaks. The only addition would be a dustpan. We would highly recommend this place and would happily rent it again.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise QUIET TIME IS 9 PM. Please be respectful of other tenants especially when using hot tub/balcony.
Garbage Removal See information in unit regarding garbage/recycling removal.
Hot Tub Treat Hot Tub usage with respect. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASSWARE in and around the hot tub. Maximum 5 persons in the tub at one time. Water levels and chemistry will be checked daily. Guests may be charged if neglectful usage results in OVERFLOWS, WATER CHANGES OR EXTRA CLEANING.
Housekeeping Please leave unit neat and tidy upon departure. A list of checkout procedures will be made available by the housekeeping staff. IF UNIT IS LEFT IN AN UNSUITABLE CONDITION, EXTRA HOUSEKEEPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
Liability Renters assume all liability during stay.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Alpine Property Services in case of emergency. Contact info will be emailed prior to arrival and will also be posted in suite.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity This unit SLEEPS 5 MAX. No exceptions
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. There is one parking stall outside this unit - PLEASE NOTE: GARAGE SPACE HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO EQUIPMENT STORAGE, GAMES AREA & GETTING READY FOR THE SLOPES, THEREFORE WE ASK YOU NOT TO PARK INSIDE THE GARAGE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES. There are minimal Guest parking stalls onsite and they are first come first serve. Extra parking available by obtaining a parking pass from Tourism Sun Peaks Office. Parking on the street is not permitted during winter.
Property Damage Any minor damage to the property will result in damage deposit being deducted. Renters will be responsible for any major damages over and above the damage deposit, if found to be at fault for such damages.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage ABSOLUTELY NO SKI/BOARD EQUIPMENT INSIDE UNIT. Ample storage for all ski/board gear, is available in the garage space. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in LOSS OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
Terms of Eviction Failure to follow policies as set forth can result in renters being asked to leave property, with no refund.
