Horstman Estates is close to Whistler’s Upper Village. These are the only free standing luxury homes in Blackcomb Benchnlands. Their proximity to Whistler’s Upper Village offers convenient access to Whistler’s amenities including ski lifts, shops and restaurants.

Horstman is only 350 metres from the base of Blackcomb mountain, and features a ski-in access trail off of Blackcomb’s Cruiser. The ski in access trail is directly across from this home, Horstman 4930.

This exclusive luxury executive retreat has all the comforts of a 3,800 square foot traditional log post and beam ski chalet, with all the modern amenities required in one of the best ski home locations in the resort.    With a state of the art home theatre to the master bath eucalyptus steam shower and 2 person Jacuzzi tub this home will not disappoint.

The home has five spacious bedroom all with luxury linens, TVs and ensuite bathrooms.  Each bathroom is stocked with L’Occataine bath products and fluffy towels.   The Master features a gas fireplace, private sitting room with office and large ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.  The spacious living room has a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, dining table that comfortably seats 14 with expansion to 20 and  a fully stocked chefs’ kitchen.   Each stay comes with a starter choice of Nespresso , Kurig or fresh beans for your morning coffee.

The home audio allows you to play music in all rooms including the new hot tub with blue tooth connection.   The location cannot be beat.  Guests will enjoy a short 8 minute walk to the slopes, skiing down to Whistler Blackcombs’ newest lift, a 10 passenger gondola designed to whisk you to the Alpine in record time.   At the end of the day you can literally ski across to the front door, if you prefer apres in the village, the free shuttle will bring you back to the street a short 3 min walk to the home.

For your convenience, there is a heated driveway with two-car garage.  The homes media room has a 103″ projection screen/laser disc/DVD/CD/iPod stereo with satellite reception.

This fabulous homes has everything you could possibly think of.  With 5 bedrooms all with ensuite baths and private balconies it offers great privacy for groups and families.  The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with both Nespresso and Keurig machines, it has a gas range and double oven making it perfect for large meals at home and accommodates private chefs very well. The home has a theatre room with a 103" projection screen with satellite getting most US channels.  Enjoy the private steam room, jacuzzi tub and private hot tub on the very private forested deck.  The home has a double car garage, boot dryers, state of the art home audio system and two fireplaces.

Location

This home is located on the side of Blackcomb Mountain and is one of only a few private homes with actual ski in ski out access.  Guests will enjoy an 8 minute walk to the slopes skiing down to Whistler Blackcombs' newest lift, a 10 passenger gondola whisking  you to the Alpine in record time.  At the end of the day you can literally ski to the street putting you directly across from the home.  The home is also service by the Free Shuttle taking you to Whistler Village in a few short minutes.
