This 1 bedroom Condo is located in village north away from the pubs and bars yet within walking distance to ski lifts, and numerous restaurants and shops. The home has a large fully equipped kitchen for those who like to stay home and cook! Quiet view away from parking lots and childrens playground, view to trees and valley trail.
Other amenities: FREE parking, Large 5' walk in shower, laundry inside the suite, AC in summer, FREE wifi, private deck, shared hot tub, gas fireplace, secure underground parking for one car, non smoking, next to shuttle buses, grocery store, pharmacy, bank, post office, Starbucks and numerous shops. Boot dryer and ski keys provided if required. Sofa bed in livingroom.
Free cancellation 7 days prior to arrival due to Covid 19 restrictions. I cater to couples or families with children. No single groups or guests under 28 years of age.

Very organized process and location was excellent close to everything. Nice 5 min walk to the gondola and other side of the village. Parking underground was a great bonus That is only accessible via electronic fob. Overall would book again when visiting Whistler.

Our home is located at the Marketplace Shopping plaza, the best location for convenience in ALL of whistler, just step outside your front door and you have the grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, numerous shops and restaurants at your fingertips, At the back of the hotel is the Olympic plaza which encorporates the childrens playground and entertainment venue and skating rink in the winter. Free shows are held here all year round. We are situated in village north away from all the noise in the main village from pubs and nightclubs yet close enough to get to the lifts. My home faces the quiet side of the building so there is no noisy parking lot or snow plows to hear. One of the few hotels which has the free shuttle which stops outside the hotel and takes you to the lifts in ski season so you dont need to walk if you dont want to!.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | Note: Refunds will be made due to Covid 19 in full and will supersede the existing policy. Cancels must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund. All payments are non-refundable unless we can rebook those nights. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products. |
Delayed Arrivals | As it is self check in you will be able to arrive anytime in case of unforeseen circumstances, however, no refunds will be given for arriving a day late or leaving earlier than anticipated. |
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information | Complete information along with check in/out instructions and combinations for entry will be sent within 2 weeks of arrival. Key fobs are subject to a $100 replacement cost if lost. |

Website Service Fee | Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | Mess left behind which requires the maid service to stay longer than required will be charged against the security deposit at the hourly rate. |
Excessive Noise | Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Eviction and fines of $200 for disrupting the vacation stay of others. |
Forgotten Items by Guest | I will try to return these items if found via mail if required. |
Garbage Removal | Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area in the underground. |
Hot Tub | Treat Hot Tub usage with respect. No glassware or liquor. Hot tub closes at 10pm. |
Housekeeping | Cleaning is provided before and after your stay free of charge. If you require a mid stay clean, the extra cost is $75. |
Internet Availability & Usage | Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. |
Liability | We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or their friends who visit while they are on our property or at any area of Whistler Resort. |
Maintenance Emergencies | Contact sheet is provided inside the condo, and a list of numbers is provided via email to the guest. |
Maximum Sleeping Capacity | 2 people - there are only 2 beds. |
Noise Restrictions | No noise after 10pm and before 8am. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. |
Parking & Ticketing | Dedicated numbered space in the underground. Use of any other spot could result in your car being towed. Ensure you use the correct spot noted on the documentation and you MUST park between the lines. |
Property Damage | Guest provides the credit card for the reservation and while doing so agrees to charges in the event of property damage or lost items in the amount of $500. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.. If damage exceeds $500, you will be responsible for the full amount and not limited to $500 CAD. |

Having had 3, I decided since retirement that i wanted just 1, so chose to keep the Marketplace Lodge as it was the best place to be! Both my grown children learned to ski and snowboard on the mountain and during the holidays it is the most magical place to be.
