Trail's Edge 30 is a spacious and comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome with a private hot tub and convenient ski-in/ski-out access to both the Morrisey Lift and the brand new Orient Express, perfect for your family holiday!

Located just a short 5 - 7 minute from the main village, you're not far from any of the local shops and restaurants but you'll have enough of a buffer to not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the village - it's the best of both worlds! For some added fun, you're even closer to the Sun Peaks Sports Centre which in the summer has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a basketball court, and in the winter features the awesome outdoor skating rink.

With a warm and cozy colour scheme throughout the home, you'll love cuddling up in the living room in front of the beautiful river rock fireplace and you won't believe how high the cathedral ceilings are which allow for awesome floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural sunlight. The large and bright kitchen is open concept to the dining area and living room, and also has access to your private hot tub. The breakfast bar can seat 3 and the dining area can seat 4, and just off of the dining area is the private balcony with barbeque.

This home has a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony), a tri-bunk in the second bedroom (with a full bathroom just outside), and a double bed in the third bedroom (with a shower bathroom just across the hallway).

Trail's Edge has Deluxe Accommodations with all the extras! These condos have great views and are just minutes to the Main Village. Ski in access is available by taking the Mt. Morrisey Connector off the Sundance Express Chairlift. Ski out access is available by taking the Mt. Morrisey Connector to the base of the Morrisey Express Chairlift. You can ski out to the Sundance Express Chairlift by walking to the Valley Trail and skiing down to the Village and the main lifts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Upon receipt of a booking for an arrival date more than 45 days in advance, a 25% deposit will be taken. The full deposit is forfeit if cancelled 45 days outside of your arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed before your arrival date to the guest account on file
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Any complaints that result is fines or charges will be paid by the guests.
