The Kookaburra Lodge is located at the top of the main village overlooking the Sports Complex on one side and McGillivray Creek on the other. The Sun Peaks Spa, Black Beaver Athletics and the Voyageur Bistro are located on the ground floor of the building. The rest of the shops and restaurants Sun Peaks has to offer, including the Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts, are conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk away.

The Kookaburra Lodge features an elevator and a staircase to each floor for easy access, has an underground garage and a separate, secure room for ski/board storage.
