Welcome to the Marquise. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has amazing views of Sproat and Rainbox mountains. The building is a ski in/ski out unit and located just above the village. Walk to the village or take the free village shuttle which stops right at the building driveway.

Location
The Marquise is located just above the village alongside the Wizard Express chair lift and lower merlins run. Just above the Blackcomb base. Walk to the village in about 10 minutes. In the winter we suggest using the free shuttle service to the village which stops right at the building drive. The building is a ski in/ski out building. Simply walk across the road put your ski's on and ski out onto the ski run and down to the Blackcomb base.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | Deposit payments are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking. |
Delayed Arrivals | Not refunded. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrival |
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information | Upon final payment of reservation via email. Please look for this email as you will need it prior to you leaving home. |
Guest Account Termination | The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Reservation Changes | Will be accommodated if possible, in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | $75 charge will be incurred for excessive cleaning after departure. |
Excessive Noise | No excessive noise allowed in building after 10:30 pm. |
Housekeeping | Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 4th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional cleaning available on request at a small fee |
Internet Availability & Usage | Free high speed wireless internet. Internet is provided by the phone company, we are not responsible if they have an interruption in service. |
