Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest. An imprint of the Guest's Visa or Mastercard is required at check-in.
Bike Storage All bikes must be stored in the garage - no bikes are permitted inside the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your bikes will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm or later. Contact owner/manager directly to request earlier check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am or earlier. Contact owner/manager directly AT TIME OF BOOKING to request late check-out time. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible. Cleaners are scheduled to arrive at 10 am and if kept waiting, extra charges may apply.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests irrevocably authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. You will be fined by security or the property manager if your party and your guests disrupt other guests or home owners.
Forgotten Items by Guest Guests authorize a credit card charge to return items forgotten by themselves or members of their party. Confirm directly with owner/manager as soon as possible regarding instructions for return of items.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recyclables, which can be stored in the garage during your stay, but which need to be removed to the disposal room near the entrance to the complex upon or prior to your departure. Do not leave any garbage or recycling outside as this may act as a bear or other animal attractant and you may be fined accordingly by a Conservation or bylaw officer.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect. Supervise children at all times. No hot tubs permitted between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are requested to shower prior to use and are advised to shower after use. No glass is ever permitted in or around the hot tub.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. Contact owner/manager directly for more information.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability Neither the owner nor the manager of this property shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owner or the manager, or both, and the Guest hereby waives any and all such liability and agrees to fully indemnify the owner or the manager, or both, for any and all expenses that may be incurred by the owner or the manager, or both, in the event of any person in the Guest's group, or any other invitee, pursuing a claim for compensation of any kind against either the owner or the manager, or both of them, whether successful or not.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Terms of Eviction Guests may be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, underage guests, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
