The main living area located on the top floor features high vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light and wonderful mountain views. Enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TVs, as well as an office nook with a desk and comfy reading chair located behind the living room fireplace.

The large open concept gourmet kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances and overlooks the dining area with its grand table – wonderful for entertaining or a family meal. The kitchen offers access to the private deck with BBQ and hot tub. The comfy family room with TV, washroom and sauna is located on the mid level.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a king bed and ensuite with bathtub and overhead shower. For added comfort, there is a guest powder room on the top floor.

Ski-in via a ski trail off the Lower Olympic ski run that ends with a climb down 100 plus stairs to the middle of the Northern Lights neighborhood just a few homes away from your front door. Guests can use this same access, just a short walk from the house, to ski-out by climbing up the stairs and then a short hike up the ski trail to the Lower Olympic run. Alternatively drive or taxi 2 minutes to the base of Whistler Village to access the gondola and lifts adjacent to the Westin Resort & Spa. The ski access is more suitable for intermediate and higher skiers.

This home features an in-suite washer and dryer, garage parking for one standard size vehicle and complimentary wireless internet. Additional parking is also available in the driveway for two standard size cars or with a parking pass for a larger vehicle.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests	All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals	No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays. You may check in at any hour but if it after 9pm please contact first.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information	Information on check in access will be e-mailed in advance of your arrival. The door code will be provided at the time of check in. A credit card hold will be taken at check in for the damage deposit of $1,500. The credit card is not charged unless the rental property is damaged by the renters. In the event of damage, lost keys or parking pass, estimated costs of repair for any damage, replacement keys or parking pass, incurred during this rental period will be charged to the credit card. If there are exceptional cleaning charges resulting from this rental, over and above what is expected for a normal clean, the extra costs will be charged to this credit card. Please refrain from smoking in the home. Please remove outdoor shoes at the front entry.
Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Late Reservation Payments	Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation and loss of money paid.
Privacy	The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise	You will be evicted without a refund.
Housekeeping	Clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; once on the 7th day if staying 14 days or longer. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability	We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies	Call check in desk
Maximum Sleeping Capacity	12 persons overnight - excess occupants will result in immediate eviction.
Property Damage	Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property or occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning	We are zoned for nightly renting.
Terms of Eviction	Guests will be evicted after a warning except in extreme situations, in which case the guests may be evicted on the first offense. Evictions will result from property damage, excessive noise, excess guests, police complaints, use of illicit substances and other situations that can cause harm to other people or property.
