Also, the entrance to the extensive Valley Trail is right at your doorstep, and the village is a short 5 minute stroll. This chalet is a 1,900 sq ft luxury townhome located at arguably the best ski in and out townhome complex at Sun Peaks.
The owners have traveled extensively and enjoy the small luxuries during travel that remind them of home and have attempted to provide their guests with a similar experience in a meticulously maintained chalet.
After a day mountainside, slip into your private outdoor hot tub or two person steam shower to unwind and then cozy up in the comfy bathrobes provided for guests. Maybe follow that up with muscle release or yoga with the provided foam rollers and yoga mats in the main bedrooms. (We have heard that some particularly like sun salutations on the deck in the morning overlooking the valley). With Fairmont Hotel Duvets, a proper Eiderdown on the master bed, and brand new luxury high density foam pressure relieving mattresses – expect to be well rested and ready to spend your energy on the hill.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Upon receipt of a booking for an arrival date more than 45 days in advance, a 25% deposit will be taken. The full deposit is forfeit if cancelled 45 days outside of your arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed before your arrival date to the guest account on file|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings.
