Is a very nicely renovated 1 bedroom. Is close to the slopes and just above Fairmont, though a 3 to 5 minute drive from main parking lots (15 minute walk). Was there in summer and the pool and hot tubs were packed with families and kids, but that's not the apartments fault - just a reality of summer in Whistler and this facility.
The place was clean, but not spotless. In our case there was a few things (soap) missing and the owner apologized - we didn't ask to get it sent to us, but seemed they would have. The kitchen had enough stuff to make do, but likely missing a few things if you want to do anything outside of pasta/soup/salad world of food.
There was a small A/C unit that helps a bit in the area it's facing, but not a lot outside of that. Could be very hot with all the windows in the living room area.
Parking is $17/day, as described. The owner was responsive when texted within an hour or so. Doesn't have in suite laundry, not sure if the buidling has laundry - might not be great for a long stay in that case?
Bottom line - a beautiful reno with some cool touches, but you may find similar/better value elsewhere closer to the village if you sacrifice a bit of the initial "wow" factor.View Full Review
