AT LAKE PLACID LODGE

This renovated 1 bedroom condo is steps away from the Creekside Gondola and Marketplace. Relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub while soaking up the spectacular views of Whistler Mountain.

Lake Placid Lodge is a very popular year-round complex due to its quiet, yet convenient location. Situated in Creekside it is close to Nita Lake Lodge as well as the Whistler Valley Trail. Great for walking or cycling. It is a short 5 minute drive into Whistler village or less than 15 minutes on the frequent municpal bus service. There is plenty of hiking and biking in this area, and near by Alta Lake is a 20 minute walk, providing swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking.

Nita Lake Lodge is a five minute walk and is a great place to have lunch on their outdoor patio over looking the lake, sit on the dock and soak your feet in the glacier fed water.  Nita Lake park has free tennis courts.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was newly renovated and looked great. We loved the modern features and decorations. It had all of the amenities and was very clean.

The hot tub and pool are super to relax in at the end of a ski day. There are two covered barbeques in the common area that are available for all guests to use with tables to sit and eat dinner. It is an easy walk to the gondola, Dusty's and Roland's (two pubs), Starbucks, the liquor store and grocery store as well as a few other amenities. Lake Placid is one of our favourite places to stay at Whistler!

Well done renovated 1 bed unit with new bathroom fixtures, floor, vanity and tiling. Kitchen redone with marble oversized countertop, new SS appliances. Easy access to the lifts. Will stay again.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival providing balance of payment has been made.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Short Notice bookings must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date. All other bookings must be paid in full 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Credits may be issued for rebooked dates at the prevailing rental rates applicable at that time and are subject to a 10% rebooking fee. Rebooking must be not less than 30 days prior to original booking dates. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm - Door Code will not be active until 4:00 p.m.

Locking Door The door to the suite does lock automatically when you close the door. Please remember to carry the door codes provided to you.
Garbage Removal There is a large garbage bin and recycling bins located in the underground parking garage. Please take your garbage and recycling to this area prior to departure.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Not permitted in units - MUST be stored in secured ski locker room on main floor.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time 10:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
