Ski-in, 100 metre walk to ski-out! Right next to us is an NHL sized public outdoor skating rink (skate rentals on-site) and an outdoor public pool for use in July & August.
The condo is 767 sq. feet - master bedroom (queen), 2nd bedroom (single bunk bed) and a pull-out queen sofabed. Sleeps 6!

Wonderful location! enjoyed views of Morrisey from couch, views to top of main peak from master. 100 yards to ski out, ski in, near to family-friendly ice-skating. kitchen was well stocked. cozy gas fireplace, efficient balcony grill. bunkbeds nice for a family of four with 2 teens. great movie-watching on large screen tv! handy boot dryer and clothes dryer. neighbors played music a little too loudly, but neighbors were otherwise considerate.

Second floor condo, no elevator. Direct entrance to condo from 2nd floor staircase landing. Upon entry both bedrooms are to your left and the bathroom is directly ahead. Entrance hall has bench for boot removal and closet for ski storage. To your right entrance opens up to a great room with open concept kitchen, pennisula, dining alcove and living room with fireplace.

We are a family of three who enjoy the outdoors and so we coudn't be happier having a place in Sun Peaks to hang our hats when we can! We love skiing in the winter and snow tubing - if you have kids, check out the tube park! Even if you don't have kids, big kids like us love it too! In the summer, if we're not in the water at a nearby lake or the outdoor pool next to us, we're out on a trail walk/hike or golfing.
