Our new to the market - 1800 square foot 4 level unit makes you feel like you are right at home whether it be a good night sleep on great mattresses, a comfortable living space and kitchen spending time with your family playing games, puzzling or watching movies. This unit is great for multiple families and also has 2 parking spots for guests.

The space:

Our unit has everything you could need to be connected to your family or work from the chalet - Telus Optik TV, Wifi and Internet. The unit is unique in that the stairs to the units are covered - no need to shovel snow to get your gear inside. There are also storage lockers at the parking level and one at the at the of the unit where you ski in / out from.

The first floor has laundry and a bedroom with double over double and single over double bunk (sleeps 7)

The second floor has an open concept great room which has a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room. The room opens up to a deck with a brand new 5 person Beachcomber hot tub.

The third floor has a Master Bedroom with a unique Master Bath a few steps up into its separate area for complete quietness and relaxation soaking in the bathtub. This room has a queen size bed (sleeps 2). This floor also has a large area to gear up and head out onto the slopes with direct access to the ski lifts. There will also be a BBQ to enjoy during winter and summer months.

The 4th floor has another Master Bedroom with a Queen Size bed and its own private second Master Bathroom. It also has a second single bed which is perfect for kids or a whole family to bunk in that room (sleeps 3).

Accomodations sleeps 12 comfortably.

We offer a family experience which makes you feel like you are in your own home. We offer the simple things like spices, Coffee, Tea, Paper Towels, Napkins, Ziplock Bags, Saran Wrap, Tin Foil and large family serving dishes, crock pot, turkey pans, games for the kids - laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap - all the little things that you don't want to pack up when you are headed out on a family vacation.

Property Details

1800 square foot 4 level unit makes you feel like you are right at home.  Main entry level has the 7 person bunk room, closet for luggage and full size washer and dryer.  Main floor has a full bathroom, open concept kitchen, dinning and living room.  Hot tub is on this floor outside on the balcony off the living room.  3rd floor has 1st Master bedroom with a full master bathroom (sunken tub). You will also see that this has a boot up area which leads outside to the ski locker and steps away from the Sewars ski run.  BBQ and extra wood for the fireplace is located here also.  4th fl and top floor has the 2nd full master bedroom and bathroom, this also has a extra single bed tucked away in its own living area.
