Timberline Village is another mountain hideaway filled with all the conveniences and extras. These large townhouses offer guests the space and freedom of a home in the mountains. Offering ski in and out ability, these units are located right next to the Sports Centre and has the Village core at your fingertips. After a day out on the slopes you can ski in, put your feet up and relax!
Ski-in access is available via Gentle Giant from either the Village Platter or the Sundance Express Chairlift. Ski-out access is available to both the Sundance Express Chairlift and the Sunburst Express Chairlift.

The property was WONDERFUL, very clean and very well stocked! We loved our stay there, but needs a new toaster ;), burns bad on one side causing fire alarms to go off :O and wasp nest under the hot tub preventing us from using.
One negative was there is lots of construction directly across from property and they started very early in the morning :( no control of the homeowners....we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a spacious, beautiful place to stay while in Sun Peaks!!View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Nice place, as described in posting and pictures accurately reflect the property. We were a party of 8 and had lots of room. Very warm, comfy beds, nice duvets. The kids liked the Wii and the hot tub was a nice size; fit 4 adults and 4 kids well. Good wifi, no issues with speed or access. Dishwasher is nice and quiet and can be run while watching a movie without a lot of background noise. Lots of storage space inside for skis / boots, etc.
The unit was very clean (we were concerned as the unit is pet friendly), but there was no dog hair anywhere, and the owners left a box of chocolates as a welcome gift. There are heated floors throughout the kitchen and bathrooms which helped a lot with keeping the place warm. There is only one bathroom with a shower/bath though, so for 8 people we did find ourselves waiting for showers and watching our hot water use.
Suggestions for improvement would be to replace kitchen pans (all of the non-stick ones are flaking and badly damaged), upgrade the kitchen knives (there's a fairly large assortment, but all dull) and replace blinds in bedrooms (old, bent in some places, and they let in A LOT of light) - window coverings like curtains would be great to keep out light (bedrooms are quite bright and the light outside the unit doesn't go off).
The downsides were the parking - garage is very, very small. We could not fit our Pathfinder inside for two reasons - 1) a large canoe hangs from the inside garage wall and blocks part of the parking space and 2) garage entry height is very low and we could not park without removing the carrier from the car roof. There would not have been anywhere to store the carrier once removed.
We had a hard time finding the ski out to the hill, which is at the back corner of the complex and required a short hike (5 min for adults, about 8 min for kids) up to the start of the ski out. We called the property management to ask about directions to the ski out but our call was not returned.
