This 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms luxurious ski in and out chalet is perfect for the avid skiers, family gatherings and vacation. It is a perfect ski getaway.

With its majestic views, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen and open space concept this lodge has everything to please you. The runs are just steps away from the house and the garage is fully equipped to store and dry all your ski equipment. Relax in the dry sauna or the hot tub after a long day in the mountain or sit by the fireplace with a good book. The family room is the perfect place to play games and spend time together. The mezzanine on the top floor can host your movie nights.

The kitchen breakfast eating bar and stools and granite counter top is very well equipped to prepare delicious meals. The dining room sits 10 people comfortably.

On the main floor you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The heated floor bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and separate washroom. The second bedroom can sleep 3 with its single over queen bunkbed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen with a TV and DVD player. There is a bathroom with a shower adjacent to it. Upstairs you have a huge master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with soaker bath and a multiple jets shower.

During the summer, enjoy the patio and the BBQ.

This chalet is just minutes away from the village and its facilities.

As it's name implies, Sundance Drive is located on the slopes of Mount Sundance providing excellent ski in and out from virtually all properties. The homes along Sundance are among the most beautiful at Sun Peaks and are always large and well suited for multifamily gatherings. And in most cases, you can also walk to the village in minutes since many of these homes are located just above the village with access to the valley trail.
