Alpine Greens 26 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo across two levels that will remind you of a ski lodge, complete with the fact that this is one of few properties in Sun Peaks with a wood burning fireplace! In the summer you can enjoy the view from your private balcony of the 2nd fairway of the golf course, and in the winter this view will be a fluffy blanket of snow with a Mt Morrisey skyline.
This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a tri-bunk in the second bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the vaulted ceiling living room. This home also features a barbeque and in-suite laundry facilities. This is the perfect spot for a small family or a friends trip.
This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $75+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay.
ATTENTION: due to zoning restrictions, this property has a minimum booking requirement of 28 days. Any "booking request" taken by this website will not be accepted automatically. Until you receive a booking confirmation by Top of the Mountain Accommodations your booking request is not a completed booking.

Alpine Greens is a condo complex with a very unique feature; it's the only complex across the resort where the properties have wood burning fireplaces in the homes! Talk about a traditional ski cottage vibe.
Golf fans will love that the 2nd fairway of the golf course runs alongside the complex, and those who love to ski and board will love the view of the runs on Mt Morrisey across the way.
The backside of the complex is along the valley trail which is just a short 3-to-5 minute walk to the main village and Village Day Lodge where the Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts are located, as well as Guest Services and the lift ticket window.

The Alpine Greens Condo has a great view of Morrisey Mountain, backs onto the Valley Trail, and overlooks the golf course. This ski-in unit is located close to the groomed cross country ski trails, and is also within walking distance to the day lodge and ski lifts. Shuttle services are available on holidays and weekends for your convenience. Alpine Greens is just a five-minute walk to the center of the village.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Upon receipt of a booking for an arrival date more than 45 days in advance, a 25% deposit will be taken. The full deposit is forfeit if cancelled 45 days outside of your arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|

If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact email@example.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Any complaints that result is fines or charges will be paid by the guests.|
