Enjoy relaxing in your private hot tub or cozy up around the wood burning fire.

The sunny golf course location is beautiful both summer and winter, with views of Mt. Morrisey and easy ski-in access via the Valley Trail. Only a 7 minute walk to lifts and the village, or if you prefer take the free shuttle bus or its a 2 minute drive to village.

A great stay at Sun Peaks at Alpine Greens!

The condo was clean and spacious. Everything that we needed for our stay was in the unit including a well out-fitted kitchen. The fireplace in the living room was great in the evenings as was the hot tub after a day of skiing. For those looking for a good nights sleep the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The resort bus service stops right outside which is very handy if you don't want to drive to the lifts and park your car. We will return for another stay.

Sunny Golf Course location, beautiful in both summer and winter, with views of Mt Morrisey and easy ski in access via the Village Trail. Fronting directly onto the 2nd green and Valley Trail allowing ski in-out access for snowshoeing and nordic skiing. Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable 45 days prior to vacation date. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your driving, lodging, flights or vacation - related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservations without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation.

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Guests are asked to refrain from any noisy activity between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and friends. Excessive Noise may be a term of eviction
Hot Tub Hot Tub max capacity is 6 persons. No glass to be used in or around hot tub. Plastic glasses provided. Hot Tub hours 8am to 10 pm.
Housekeeping Includes clean unit on arrival; cleaned after departure. Regular scheduled cleaning if staying more than 8 days can be arranged ahead of time and at renters expense. Further additional cleaning may be scheduled at the renters request and expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location at Sun Peaks Resort.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure. We also request they turn off lights and turn down heat please.
Maintenance Emergencies If required, our resort-based maintenance support team can be contacted directly. Details will be provided with your arrival information and are also posted inside the property. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Noise Restrictions Guests are asked to refrain from any noisy activity between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and friends.

About Us

"Our Happy Place" is shared by my extended family.  Both my Brother's family and our family have learned to ski and snowboard here. We fell in love with the hill and the vibe of Sun Peaks.  It is the perfect family mountain!  We also enjoy the golfing, biking, hiking and restaurants offered at SunPeaks.  Over the years we've enjoyed making wonderful memories wiith both family and friends at our cozy condo.  We are new to renting on AlluraDirect and we look forward to welcoming you into our home.   Here's to you making your own special memories and enjoying everything Sun Peaks has to offer!!!
