Welcome to our family condo at Big White.  Truly amazing views of the Monahsee Mountains, from sunrise to sunset you will feel like you are in paradise.   The ski out can take you to 4 major lifts including: The Ridge Rocket, SnowGhost, Bullet & Black Forest.  Ski-in accessible from thes mentioned lifts and you will find ski's to condo takes less than 1 minute. 

New Bedding, New Beds and A NEW HOT TUB.

Our condo is situated on 1 level including 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.  The master bedroom includes an en-suite featuring a steam shower and King bed.  The 2nd bedroom a Queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a single over single bunk.  All matresses are new to the condo with new bedding.  

The main living area overlooks the breathtaking Monashee Mountains.  The private deck, with the new beachcomber hot tub, is a peaceful sitting area to enjoy a stong cup of coffee or a great Okanagan wine.  This is a true ski vacation.  On Saturday nights enjoy Big White's fireworks display from the living room or the hot tub

The skating rink, tube park and ice climbing is located at Happy Valley.  Be sure to enjoy the fireworks every Saturday night.

A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes from Timber Ridge to the heart of the Big White Village and Happy Valley.  As well Lara's Gondola will take you from the village to Happy Valley.

Kirsten was a lovely person to interact with. She was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond with any questions, before and during our stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, fully stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay, and in the perfect location for the true in/out skiing experience. I would also like to add that the representatives that came into the unit every other day to monitor the hot tub were friendly and professional.

This was a great unit and the price was excellent. This was our first time staying in the upper village and the location of this unit was excellent. The ski in ski out was easy. The unit was clean and well equipped with all the necessities and there was a lot of space for our family. Very happy with our trip!

Best Place at Big White

We keep coming back to Kirsten's place! It is quiet in this building and the accommodations can't be beat! Parking is excellent in the heated garage and one flight to our place. We walk twelve steps and we are on the slopes and when we come back we hop into a very private hot tub with an amazing view. We like to make all our own meals so it is great to have the kitchen. Kirsten is very quick to respond to everything!

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Reservation Changes Reservation changes are very difficult. Please call or email and we will try to accommodate.
Reservation Transfers & Re-sale by Guests IF you are unable to use your reservation and you find someone who meets are rental criteria you must contact us. If we feel the new renters are suitable we will approve the change.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Security will be called. Fine of $100 will be given. If there is a 2nd complaint you will be asked to leave the property. This is a family property. If you would like to go to Big White to party please look for different accommodation.
Forgotten Items by Guest
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping If you would like additional house keeping during your stay contact us. If your stay is more than 14 days we do recommend. Cost is approx $200.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
