The Sundance unit in Whistler Creekside was the perfect spot for our group's weekend ski trip. The condo was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities for us to be comfortable for our stay. The location was just a short walk down to the Creekside Gondola Base making for easy access to the mountain every day.

The property was amazing and fairly close to the base of Creekside. There were 4 of us but could easily have slept more. The view was great and we loved how open and modern the floorplan was.

Location

Creekside is a smaller, quieter village in its own right.  The walk from Sundance to the Creekside Gondola and Creekside Base is under 10 minutes.

Alpine Skiing/ Boarding
The Creekside Gondola up Whistler Mountain is at the Creekside Base.  Whistler Ski School, Whistler Kids programmes, and rentals and lift tickets are at Creekside Base.

To ski Whistler Mtn, take the Creekside Gondola up, then continue up Red chair.  To ski Blackcomb Mtn, from the top of Red Chair take the Peak2Peak Gondola; or take the Creekside Gondola & from top of gondola ski into Whistler Village; or download on the Whistler Gondola, then take Excalibur Gondola up Blackcomb.

Nordic Cross Country Skiing

Sundance is a 10 minute drive from Whistler Olympic Park and the Callaghan Valley, the venue for Olympic 2010 Nordic ski events.  Zoom out to locate Whistler Olympic Park on the map above.

Snowmobiling and Sledding

Creekside is the closest area in Whistler to back country sledding.

 

Whistler Creek has a grocery store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks and restaurants.

The drive to Whistler Village takes about 10-15 minutes, with free parking in the skier day parking lots 4 to 8. There is a local transit bus into the Village.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits of 25% are non-refundable. All refunds are made by personal cheque. For reservations Nov 1- Apr 30: The deposit is non-refundable. If the balance is paid, the total amount is non refundable except if reservation is replaced. Refund equals value of reservation with which the cancelled booking is replaced minus 4% cancellation fee. May 1- Oct 31: If the balance is paid, refund of 50% minus 4% cancellation fee with minimum notice of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date.
Delayed Arrivals There is no refund if your arrival is delayed at the last minute.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Guest is notified when payments are late.

The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Changes You may lengthen your stay at no charge. Shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation and subject to cancellation policy above. There is no charge if you change the dates, but total nights remain the same.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Secure bike storage in the foyer of the townhouse.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Please request early check-in in advance.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Please request late check out in advance.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If cleaning required is more than the normal 6 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.
Forgotten Items by Guest There is a $15 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.
Housekeeping Complimentary. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay. The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 phone support
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. No exceptions.
Property Damage Guests assume all financial responsibility for any property damage incurred by you or your guests. While no damage deposit is requested, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by you or your guests during your stay.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Legally zoned for nightly rental.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, property damage, or smoking will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.

Property Details

This beautiful townhouse is on 6 levels.  You enter at ground level, and move down 1 level to the kitchen and dining area.  Down a further level to the living room.  The master and both bathrooms are on the third level.  The second bedroom with queen bed is on the fourth level, and the third bedroom with queen and bunk bed are on the fifth level.  There is lots of privacy and separation between bedrooms, and between the bedrooms and the living areas.
