The living room. This room looks west over the Coast Mountain range. The door left of the gas fireplace leads out onto a deck looking out over west coast forest and the mountains. It is quiet and private. There is a large screen TV with HD signal. A great gathering place for everyone.
The dining room with seating for 6. The dining room and kitchen are on the same level, and a few steps above the living room. This area has the same view as the living room, looking out over the Coast Mountains.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, utensils and small appliances. From the sink you look into the living room, and out over the mountains.
The master bedroom with king size bed. There is a TV behind the black chair. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and double closet. Exceptional views of the mountains. This bedroom is on the foruth level.
The third bedroom. This bedroom is at the top of the townhouse, on the sixth level. This room has queen bed, a single bunk (on the right), a closet, a TV, and a big chair. A great kids room.
Hall on the fourth level. This is looking down the hall from the master bedroom. The main bath is on the right. Stairs lead up to the two upper bedrooms.

This townhouse is under a 10 minute walk from the Whistler Mountain Creekside Gondola, or drive down the hill to free day parking in the parkade (under cover and out of the weather) at Creekside gondola.
Creekside Gondola Base has full WhistlerBlackcomb Guest Services, including lift tickets; rentals; ski school; Whistler Kids programmes; and shops and restaurants.
It is a 10 minute drive to cross country skiing in the Callaghan Valley and to snowmobile country.
During the pandemic the following policies will be in effect:
- To reduce contact the minimum stay will be 7 nights for most dates. This ensures there is not a rapid turnover of people in the unit.
- In order to reduce physical contact, there will be no midstay cleans regardless of how long the reservation is for. Rates reflect the reduced service level.
- There will be a minimum of 30 hours between reservations.
- Early check ins and late check outs may be limited in order to ensure adequate time between reservations and allow for safe entry into the unit of housekeeping staff.
- Cancellation Policy: I give a full refund in the event of government ordered shut downs.

We all had a great time and loved the big open spaces in the Unit. You're very close to the Creekside gondola but walking down the hill in ski boots isn't ideal so its best to drive down and park in the free parking. We ended up just driving to Whistler village and paying to park there every day. The one downside is the place has small footprint with 4 floors of stair which wasn't so fun after days of skiing, but I'd be back for sure.View Full Review

Nice location next to Creekside Village and Gondola. Away from hustle and bustle of Whistler village but still very close by taking a taxi ($11) or a bus ride ( $2.50 pp). About 7mins walk to the gondola which is easy when you going to the gondola, but going uphill after the hard day of skiing and eating/drinking at Dusty's. Dusty's Grill next to gondola is great restaurant too and did not get tired of same food after eating there for 5 days. Really exceptional grill and bbq place.
Got very lucky with weather too. Forecast called for 40mm of rain on 9.01, but it did not happen. So very happy that mother nature spared us the grief. There was some fog going down around mid stations on several days, but overall good skiing. Try to avoid weekends as tons of locals come on those days. We skied only weekdays and that was the best.
House is small, but nice and modern. Everything you need is there. There is always some of us obviously crave (like espresso machine), but hopefully some day Kerry will have it too. Otherwise, thank you for the stay and hope to come back some day again :)View Full Review

The Sundance unit in Whistler Creekside was the perfect spot for our group's weekend ski trip. The condo was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities for us to be comfortable for our stay. The location was just a short walk down to the Creekside Gondola Base making for easy access to the mountain every day.

Creekside is a smaller, quieter village in its own right. The walk from Sundance to the Creekside Gondola and Creekside Base is under 10 minutes.
Alpine Skiing/ Boarding
The Creekside Gondola up Whistler Mountain is at the Creekside Base. Whistler Ski School, Whistler Kids programmes, and rentals and lift tickets are at Creekside Base.
To ski Whistler Mtn, take the Creekside Gondola up, then continue up Red chair. To ski Blackcomb Mtn, from the top of Red Chair take the Peak2Peak Gondola; or take the Creekside Gondola & from top of gondola ski into Whistler Village; or download on the Whistler Gondola, then take Excalibur Gondola up Blackcomb.
Nordic Cross Country Skiing
Sundance is a 10 minute drive from Whistler Olympic Park and the Callaghan Valley, the venue for Olympic 2010 Nordic ski events. Zoom out to locate Whistler Olympic Park on the map above.
Snowmobiling and Sledding
Creekside is the closest area in Whistler to back country sledding.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All deposits of 25% are non-refundable. All refunds are made by personal cheque. For reservations Nov 1- Apr 30: The deposit is non-refundable. If the balance is paid, the total amount is non refundable except if reservation is replaced. Refund equals value of reservation with which the cancelled booking is replaced minus 4% cancellation fee. May 1- Oct 31: If the balance is paid, refund of 50% minus 4% cancellation fee with minimum notice of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date.|

If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If cleaning required is more than the normal 6 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.|
|Excessive Noise||Will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||There is a $20 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay. The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.|

This beautiful townhouse is on 6 levels. You enter at ground level, and move down 1 level to the kitchen and dining area. Down a further level to the living room. The master and both bathrooms are on the third level. The second bedroom with queen bed is on the fourth level, and the third bedroom with queen and bunk bed are on the fifth level.
