Greetings and Welcome,

Our totally renovated and  spacious 1270 sq. ft. unit is ready waiting for your stay. We have new quartz counters throughout, all new high end LG major appliances, oak engineered hardwood floors, with new carpenting upstairs. All our bathrooms, beds and bedding has been replaced. We have 3 new TV's with cable and high speed  internet.  Our large entry foyer is roomy for all your  outdoor  clothing, boots and skis. 

Our prices are all quoted in "CANADIAN DOLLARS"  for our lucky neighbors to the South.

Free high speed internet and WFI is included. Parking in our heated lower level is also FREE. There are also a number of free guest parking spaces available.

Our 3 level townhouse is located in a quiet courtyard where you drive around our Hot Tub facility and park at our front door to unload your luggage. 

We have excellent access to the ski facilities. Just out side of our complex on Northlands Blvd. there is a bus stop where a free shuttle witll take you to the base of the mountain. Here you can get on a gondola for either Blackcomb or Whistler ski runs. 

Everything that you need in Whister is just steps way. Groceries, Liquor Store, Drug Store and many  coffee shops (Starbucks) and restaurants are right accross the street. A free shuttle bus takes you up to the ski lift if you don't want the longer walk.

Also close to our townhouse are all your favorite summer activities. You can walk, cycle along the Valley trail, swim in a lake, or play golf, all just minutes away.

The unit was really nice inside with great updates throughout. The beds were really comfortable with quality linens and having 3 bathrooms was great. We really enjoyed the location as we had shopping, Starbucks and dining options right across the street. The bus stop with the free ski shuttle was just across the street. The owner was great to deal with and quick to respond if needed.

We had an incredible stay, the condo has everything you need for a stay in Whistler and if for some reason you're missing anything then it's just a short 5 minute stroll into the village to pick up any supplies! The beds are seriously comfy and the rooms are very spacious. The gondola's are a very cruisy short walk away. Communication with Gerd was exceptional. We are very grateful to have been able to stay somewhere so well equipped so we could lay low during a pandemic. Thanks so much!!

Fantastic stay! Gerd was accommodating and a pleasure as a host. The townhouse is spacious and very well equipped. Location is perfect with shopping a 4 minute walk away and only 3 bus stops to the gondola! Only disappointment was the hot tub closure - due to Covid 19 - so no fault of the owner, but plenty of hot water for baths or showers instead. A great time was had by all.

Our spacious 1270 sq. ft Townhouse  also includes two large covered decks. Just outside the dining room is a small siting are with a new Napoleon Barbeque. Upstairs there is a walk-out deck off the Master Bedroom. Cable TV with 3 new TV's, 55inch, 40 in. and 32 inch. Other Ammenities are, Fireplace, Hairdyers, Free internet and WIFI, Bluetooth stereo for playing your favorite music from your smartphone. A laundry facility is available for longer stay visitors. Outside is a common hot-tub right outside our door.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity We don not allow groups larger than 6 adults including teenagers
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing cars will be towed from in front of our townhouse at the tenants expense. Tow trucks come and check 24/7
Property Damage We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500.00 property damage deposit prior to arrival. If not collected damage will still be the responsiblity of client. Damage will be charged for includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Townhome contents have been inventoried. Any damage or missing items will be your responsibility.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.

Enter from outside to a large downstairs Entry and ski storage area. Second floor has large living room, dining room with kitchen. Upstairs on 3rd floor you find two bedrooms, each with private ensuite and a laundry room for long stay visitors

Living room is extra spacious with two full size sofas and an accent chair around the fire place. One sofa makes a very comfortable queen bed. Furnished with large screen TV with additional sound system. This system is BLUETOOTH equipped, so it will also play your favorite music from your smartphone or ipad.

Dining room has a lovely Teak dining set with 6 comfortable padded chairs.

We the Janzen and Bartel families welcome you to our Whistler home. We have owned this great location Town House since 2000 and have had many guests, that were family, friends and rental guests. We live just south of Vancouver and enjoy the snow of Whistler as well as the sunshine for golf and swimming in the summer. We wish you relaxatiion and pleasent times during your Whistler holiday.
