Spacious one bedroom third floor apartment on the quiet side of Deer Lodge in Whistler village, looking out over Whistler library and towards surrounding mountains, within easy walking distance of all village amenities.  

Free ski/snowboard and bike storage are available in the building. A hot tub and gym are also available in the complex. 

If needed, secure underground parking with elevator access is available at C$15 per night.

The location is super convenient, with a variety of restaurants and shops just steps away, the main Whistler supermarket within easy walking distance and the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas a five minute walk. During winter months there is also a free shuttle bus to the gondolas".

The condo rocks! I would give it 100 percent. Staying at Deer Lodge is the most convenient of the three lodges, (Deer, Eagle and Bear) which make up Town Plaza Suites, because check in for all three is located in Deer Lodge. Checking in was pleasant, fast, informative and professional. The lift adjacent to reception takes you to the third floor. From the moment I entered this condo my stay was perfect.

The place is even better than it looks in the photos on the internet. It is spacious and has recently and tastefully been renovated. Putting up the blinds in the living area reveals a breathtaking view to the top of two snow capped mountains and down below the snow atop the library roof and through the park next to it. I saw children building a snowman and a dog rolling in the snow without leaving the living room. If you like to relax in bed you can look out at one of the snow capped mountains without leaving your bed! At night the view from the living room is magical . I counted 15 "Christmas Trees", trees decorated with beautiful multicoloured fairy lights as I looked out. There is a pretty street lamp below the window and at night when it was lightly snowing it was possible to see the snow flakes by the light from the lamp. The view out onto the snow is beautiful day and night.

The balcony is a good size and perfect for experiencing the bracing cold without going outside. The street was quiet at night and the complex was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows and the bed linens were like a five star hotel. Likewise the bathroom was equivalent to a five star hotel even including luxury toiletries, a deep bath and good shower as well as a heated down light for standing under after getting out of the shower.A hairdryer is provided.

The full kitchen was well equipped and there was enough glasses, plates, cutlery, pots etc for me to prepare a meal for myself and my family of four who visited on Boxing Day.The refrigerator is massive as is the oven and sink! All beautifully clean and like new. The Market Town IGA and the Liquor store are only minutes away.

Cheap and cosy cafes and restaurants are but a few minutes walk. The Olympic Rings can be seen from behind Deer Lodge and the charming square with the skating rink is a few steps away. I was in the perfect location, quiet but close to all amenities.

I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this condo. Staying here and in Whistler really made my very first White Christmas a magical and unforgettable time. Now back in Sydney Australia it still feels like a wonderful dream! Thank you so much David and Jayne for sharing your fabulous Whistler property.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 25 years old unless prior approval given. Age will be verified at check-in. Unfortunately, we (and other owners) have had problems with groups of young people abusing our condo. For that reason, we have been forced to institute a 25 year age minimum. If you are under 25 and want to book, please contact us with an inquiry and we can approve your rental.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date are fully refundable less the first night's stay. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of monies paid unless a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Earlier check-ins may be possible
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM. Just let us know if a later check-out time is required and we will do our best to accommodate this (dependent on housekeeping schedule)
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated. Noise ordnances are strictly enforced in Town Plaza. Guests that refuse to comply with noise restrictions are subject to eviction.
Housekeeping Cleaning fee of $75 applies to all bookings. Our Condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Front desk can assist with arranging maintenance
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max of 4 adult occupants
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for any damages they may cause. By accepting our guest stay contract (signified by online payment), guests agree to assume financial responsibility for any damages they may cause. The front desk will take a credit card imprint and pre-authorization upon check-in that will only be used in the event of damages.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction Guests that will not abide by our policies are subject to eviction. If eviction occurs, the entire reservation amount will be forfeited.
