Our annual moms and mountain biking trip and this is our second year in a row staying here. It once again did not disappoint. The place is a great size with a lot of sleeping options. It is clean and in great condition. Having a hot tub for post rides and being so close to the trails and village is great. Karen, the owner, is so great at getting back to you with any questions or requests. We will for sure stay here again!

This property was very clean and accommodating. The location was perfect because we were close to the village. We are a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and this place felt like home while we were there. The house is very clean and nicely updated.

The kitchen had many utensils/equipment to cook with and was easy to find. Karen and Tim were also very accommodating.

We would definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to return to stay at this property in the future.

We are a few minutes' walk to all the Village amenities and the free Village Shuttle Bus. The Valley trail is just across the street. Our home is a 10-15 min. walk or a shuttle to the shops, restaurants, valley trail, parks, lakes and alpine lifts!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Delayed Arrivals Delayed arrivals are not a problem. Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete property information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception of an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located. To claim this refund, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Please remove all footwear INCLUDING SKI AND SNOWBOARD BOOTS, at the front door. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage All bikes and equipment to be stored in the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recycling to the disposal area.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler resort.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing or damaged items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage All ski and snowboard equipment to be stored in the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

Beautiful two level townhouse, end unit.  One the ground floor, large entrance with deep closet for jackets and footwear. One large bedroom (twin beds or king) with ensuite, two bedrooms (queen and bunks) share the second bath. Laundry, entrance to garage and access to private patio and hot tub on the green belt also on this level.  The upper floor features the Master Suite, with King bed, ensuite with double head walk in shower and walk in closet. Spacious kitchen, dining and living area and powder room also upstairs, with vaulted ceilings and custom luxury amenities.  Over sized deck off the living room with bbq and view.  All bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's, three face the green belt for added serenity. Private garage and driveway offers storage for equipment and parking for two vehicles.
