Our home is in South Point just above Happy Valley. The open floor plan gives a fantastic living space. Douglas fir flooring, maple shaker cabinetry and impressive rock floor to ceiling natural gas fireplace. Handsome and comfortable furniture are as impressive as the views from the large picture windows. Our second floor home combines simplicity, luxury and comfort for your stay. Own transportation is not necessary as all amenities are within easy reach. We are located close to the lifts and have ski in/ski out access directly to and from the building! 

Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals are the on-mountain resort representatives for our property. They look after our guests and take great care to ensure you have an unparalleled ski vacation experience! Great place and ammenities. Very relaxing and great place to access the village via the gondola. We will be back. We cooked several times and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Sean our property manager was very efficient in dealing with our minor needs. Thanks. We will be back again soon.

We had an amazing week long holiday in this apartment. It was definitely spacious & comfortable enough for our family of four - 2 adults & 2 children aged 14 & 11. Everything was clean and well presented. The kitchen was fitted out with absolutely everything we could have needed - plates, cutlery, glassware, utensils, appliances, napkins, cling film etc, and cleaning products. The additional & thoughtful extras in the bathrooms were appreciated (body wash, shampoo/conditioner/tissues/facial wipes). The hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of the day and was clean/easy to use. The photos are a true representation of the apartment.

While the apartment is not serviced this didn't bother us during our 7 night stay as a vacuum, sweeper & dust pan were provided for our use. The garage code panel was quite finicky to use - perhaps because of the cold - however we only used a couple of times as there are other access points and this would not deter us from staying again.

We had a wonderful week in Big White & hope to visit again soon!

This is a second floor condo with elevator accesss.  It has a large open plan living-room, kitchen and dining area with large windows - bright and cheerful. Two Bedrooms, two full Bathrooms with a steam shower in the master bedroom ensuite and heated slate floors. The private Deck hosts a large Hot Tub, BBQ.   The ski locker is located on the first floor of the building.

Discounted Lift Tickets: The Biggie Card is your way to savings !!! YOU MUST GET IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. Cards can be reloaded from a cell phone or a computer once you have created a profile. It takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and reach out gates.

 Here's what you need to know about the Biggie Card:

  • Direct to lift ski ticket – no need to stand in line.
  • Reloadable – the more you reload the more you save and it must be done up to 30 minutes before you approach a lift.
  • NO Blackout dates so you save everyday.
  • Offers great savings over regular and amazing pricing over peak periods.
  • Can be reloaded via website or mobile with the creation of a profile – that is what people forget to do, you must create a profile to reload.
  • Reloaded pass can take up to 30-45mins to become active (Excluding any issues with payment etc.).

South Point is situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. Ski back from the Village over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way. Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If your dates are re booked refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Garbage and recycling facilities are provided in garage located in center of the parking lot.

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighboring guests.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Equipment must be stored in the secure ski locker provided. Please do not bring equipment into the suite. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee In the event of property sale, property damage or double booking, we will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you. If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.
Snow Guarantee We cannot guarantee snow conditions, which are out of our control.

A modern 2 bedroom home with stylish open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen, natural gas fireplace and Douglas fir wood flooring.

From the heated floors in the entrance hall you carry on past the main bathroom, laundry facilities to enter the Great Room. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops and preparation island. The functional dining area is beside the kitchen with the luxurious and cozy living room beyond. The stone fireplace from floor to ceiling is natural gas. Large picture windows allow the sun in and views to the mountains.

Comfortable and sophisticated living space with quality furniture to watch the fire, or TV. The Master bedroom with en-suite is off the dining area. Bunk room with TV and X Box is a perfect hideaway for the kids.  Covered private deck with own hot tub and BBQ is accessible from the living room.
