Our home is in South Point just above Happy Valley. The open floor plan gives a fantastic living space. Douglas fir flooring, maple shaker cabinetry and impressive rock floor to ceiling natural gas fireplace. Handsome and comfortable furniture are as impressive as the views from the large picture windows. Our second-floor home combines simplicity, luxury and comfort for your stay. Own transportation is not necessary as all amenities are within easy reach. We are located close to the lifts and have ski in/ski out access directly to and from the building!

Great place that had everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the balcony door - but management quickly got on it and was resolved quickly. Location is perfect. The kitchen has every possibly pot, bowl, appliance which is amazing... but it meant there wasn't a lot of room to put away our food. Would be nice to have a dedicated cupboard for this. But overall, I would recommend - a great place to stay!

The place was perfect! Clean, very nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, and the steam shower a very nice touch. We were missing a few items in the kitchen and the property manager promptly resolved the issue. I would definitely stay again.

Upon entering the unit, we were delightfully surprised by the wine+chocolates provided, definitely a nice touch. The location was terrific, and the amenity of not only the personal hot tub but the steam shower made for a very relaxing evening after a day of hard skiing. The ski in/out location and ease of accessing the unit meant no complaints from the kids getting in/out of the unit. If I had to nit-pick a few items. Firstly, we noticed the baseboard heater "ticking" noise at night (despite lowered temps, though the use of Mysa thermostats was nice touch); secondly: having some plastic plates for the kids would be useful to reduce parents' paranoia... _very_ minor issues that did not reduce overall opinion of our stay. All round a terrific weekend that was very enjoyable made possible by the comfortable setup and relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to book again, thanks so much!!!

Great condo at Big White

This is probably the nicest condo my wife and I have stayed in at any ski resort. The owners have really thought of everything here - very well-outfitted kitchen, convenient secure ski locker, separate towels for the hot tub, etc.

Very comfortable place to spend a week of skiing. The ski-in/ski-out is very convenient, no walking required in either direction. We didn't drive this time, but the parkade was well-marked and spacious. Only downside is that it's a bit of a hike down to the gondola to get up to the main village for dinner - bring shoes/boots with good grip as you will have to walk on the ski hill. The condo manager was very responsive to questions before our stay.

Great place and ammenities. Very relaxing and great place to access the village via the gondola. We will be back. We cooked several times and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Amazing stay!

We had an amazing week long holiday in this apartment. It was definitely spacious & comfortable enough for our family of four - 2 adults & 2 children aged 14 & 11. Everything was clean and well presented. The kitchen was fitted out with absolutely everything we could have needed - plates, cutlery, glassware, utensils, appliances, napkins, cling film etc, and cleaning products. The additional & thoughtful extras in the bathrooms were appreciated (body wash, shampoo/conditioner/tissues/facial wipes). The hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of the day and was clean/easy to use. The photos are a true representation of the apartment.

While the apartment is not serviced this didn't bother us during our 7 night stay as a vacuum, sweeper & dust pan were provided for our use. The garage code panel was quite finicky to use - perhaps because of the cold - however we only used a couple of times as there are other access points and this would not deter us from staying again.

We had a wonderful week in Big White & hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful condo in a great position. Super clean, modern kitchen fully stocked with everything to cook (cling wrap, aluminium foil, paper towel, food storage containers etc etc) and a new webber BBQ. Lovely, but small South Point unit

Well kept and appointed unit. Smaller than others we have stayed at in Southpoint, and not a great view from the hot tub. We enjoyed the ease of ski in and ski out to the gondola. The kitchen had everything we needed, and liked the heated floors and steam bath. Finding the ski locker was confusing, but once we found it was easy to use. In and out of the garage easy.

This unit was excellent. Very clean with nice furnishings. Access to the slopes was easy and location was fantastic. Only critique is that there is no conventional coffee maker (Keurig only) so bring your pods as they are very expensive in the market. There is the adapter for regular coffee but it didn't work out very well for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, nice size and good location close to the happy valley gondola. A wonderful gift of wine and cookies was there to welcome us. Other reviews mentioned that there should be a king bed and we would agree. I think itâ??s only a double bed in the master suite. Also I would suggest clearing out the dishes in one cupboard to be left empty for the guests dry food goods. Some instructions on how to fill the Keurig with your own coffee grounds would be helpful as there is no drip coffee maker or French press that we could find. Or let the guests know to bring Keurig cups.

Otherwise than these minor things, our stay was great. We would rent here again.

My family of 5 keen skiers enjoyed our 2 week stay here. It was great to see condo kitchen well equipped and beds etc all good. We loved the hot tub at end of each day and it was regularly checked by the "hot tub guy".

Location is great with easy ski in/ski out and convenient ski locker located down one level literally 3 metres from the snow. Easy walk to Happy Valley area and free gondola up to main village area for drinks/dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great modern condo with well stocked kitchen. Only complaint would be that the master bedroom is missing a KING size bed for the rate and description of this being a "luxury" unit. For that reason alone we wouldn't book this exact unit again but everything else was very nice and comfortable. No board games which was also disappointing and check out at 10am seems unreasonable for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday to the end.

Loved the decor and furniture in the living room. Nice spacious entrance with lots of hooks to hang ski jackets.

The South Point Development is a highly sought-after location due to its amazing ski in and out access and proximity to Happy Valley. Many of the units in the complex have great views of the Monashee Mountains and Happy Valley itself. Gaze at the mountain views and enjoy the weekend fireworks shows from your condo!
