Our home is in South Point just above Happy Valley. The open floor plan gives a fantastic living space. Douglas fir flooring, maple shaker cabinetry and impressive rock floor to ceiling natural gas fireplace. Handsome and comfortable furniture are as impressive as the views from the large picture windows. Our second-floor home combines simplicity, luxury and comfort for your stay. Own transportation is not necessary as all amenities are within easy reach. We are located close to the lifts and have ski in/ski out access directly to and from the building!

Upon entering the unit, we were delightfully surprised by the wine+chocolates provided, definitely a nice touch. The location was terrific, and the amenity of not only the personal hot tub but the steam shower made for a very relaxing evening after a day of hard skiing. The ski in/out location and ease of accessing the unit meant no complaints from the kids getting in/out of the unit. If I had to nit-pick a few items. Firstly, we noticed the baseboard heater "ticking" noise at night (despite lowered temps, though the use of Mysa thermostats was nice touch); secondly: having some plastic plates for the kids would be useful to reduce parents' paranoia... _very_ minor issues that did not reduce overall opinion of our stay. All round a terrific weekend that was very enjoyable made possible by the comfortable setup and relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to book again, thanks so much!!!View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
