This is probably the nicest condo my wife and I have stayed in at any ski resort. The owners have really thought of everything here - very well-outfitted kitchen, convenient secure ski locker, separate towels for the hot tub, etc.
Very comfortable place to spend a week of skiing. The ski-in/ski-out is very convenient, no walking required in either direction. We didn't drive this time, but the parkade was well-marked and spacious. Only downside is that it's a bit of a hike down to the gondola to get up to the main village for dinner - bring shoes/boots with good grip as you will have to walk on the ski hill. This is a second floor condo with elevator accesss. It has a large open plan living-room, kitchen and dining area with large windows - bright and cheerful. Two Bedrooms, two full Bathrooms with a steam shower in the master bedroom ensuite and heated slate floors. The private Deck hosts a large Hot Tub, BBQ. The ski locker is located on the first floor of the building.

To Purchase an online day ticket:

- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Enter your payment details and automatically receive 25% off retail price.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a barcode on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!).
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your digital barcode at the pick-up boxes to receive your physical ticket.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
Once you have purchased on online day ticket, you can reload the physical card one day at a time, using the WTP number found on the front of the card. Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of tickets available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets MUST be purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Customer service will be available over the phone to assist you.
All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected. Be sure you have only one ticket on you at all times as multiple tickets will prevent you going through the gate seamlessly. Please take a photo of the front of your ticket, as it makes it easier to replace if lost.

All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.Covid 19 Policies:
We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country or airline has an official no travel restriction in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date.
Between 90 days and 45 days, before the balance payment is due and paid, guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the deposit amount toward a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date.
If your booking is canceled within 45 days prior to the booked arrival date, a partial/pro-rated refund will be offered if we can replace your canceled dates or a portion of your canceled dates by another booking. Refunds processed within 45 days will be subject to a $50 administration fee as well as a 5% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. This does not include any fees that may be charged by AlluraDirect.
If there are sudden changes to travel due to Covid-19 which prohibits travel, we will refund you 95% of your monies paid. Certain conditions apply.

All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Garbage and recycling facilities are provided in garage located in center of the parking lot.|
|Housekeeping||For the duration of the 2021/2022 season we will not be providing any additional housekeeping services to guests during their stay in the unit. Special requests for additional supplies will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure safety protocols can be observed for both guests and our staff. If you have specific questions or requests, please contact us.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless internet access is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time. Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.|
