Fabulous rental, lovely owners who were helpful & friendly - they made my stay very easy!

Great ski locker room with waxing facility & easy flight of stairs to condo. Super comfy bed & home away from home with everything you need in kitchen.

Great location - easy ski in ski out to/from Silver Queen Chair. Tube Town 2 minutes away. A pleasant 7 min walk to village for pubs/restaurants.

Amazing Christmas Get Away

This was our very first stay at Silver Star for Christmas and we are had the most amazing experience. Cal and Gal were amazing in every way possible from helping us to reserve the condo to making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived.

The condo was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays and the place felt very comfortable and homey. They even prepared and gave gifts for the children and my husband and I under the tree! The location to everything was absolutely perfect for downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skating, snow shoeing and tube town.

We would love to go back next year and look forward to spending another amazing Christmas at Silver Star!! Thank you Cal and Gail for thinking of everything and for a wonderful experience. Jayson, Leanne, Naomi and Evan Columbus, Kamloops, BC

The condo is clean upon your arrival with clean linens and towels and tea towels, etc. We ask that you clean the dishes before departing. The condo is cleaned after your stay in preperation for the next guests........ Tea, coffee, coffee filters, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn, packaged sugar,salt and pepper and some goodies are provided for your enjoyment.

24 HR In-Resort Emergency Help Call 911 for emergencies.......fire, police, ambulance If you witness an accident or need assistance on the slopes please call Ski Patrol dispatch at 250 558 6048.
Garbage Pickup Garbage will be disposed of after your stay. Garbage bags are provided and if you have excess garbage and need to get rid of it, there is a disposal area back on the main Silver Star road and about 1/2 km down towards Vernon.
Mountain Orientation A binder is available in the condo so you can make yourself familiar with the resort and the services that are provided and where the restaurants, shops, entertainment, ski rentals and lift ticket are located. The Lord Aberdeen market is a full service grocery and liquor store with a variety of fresh products....meat and fish and locally baked goods
Organize Childminding Daycare is available within the resort........call 1-800-663-4431

Location

     Silver Star resort is approx. 20 minutes from Hwy. 97 that runs right through Vernon B.C. At the North end of Vernon on Hwy. 97 is 48th Ave. which you turn east on and continue on this road. This road will will take you directly to the Silver Star resort. The name of 48th Ave. changes part way up and becomes Silver Star Road.

     
     As you approach the resort you will pass the Sovereign Lake cross country ski area. Approx 2 km past this area you will go under a ski overpass....... The next road to the right is the Creekside complex....... You turn into the Creekside complex .......This road you are now on is also called Silver Star road..........continue on to the fourth building on the left.........The official address is 9808 Silver Star road and the building is called Snowbrush.......The entrance to unit 203 is just footsteps from the main entrance....

Cancellations Made by Guests If we can replace your booking we will give a full refund, less a 4% cancellation fee.......if we cannot rebook the deposit will not be refunded.
Delayed Arrivals Please let us know if there will be a delay........your access code will let you in at any time.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 P.M............ All entry codes and locker combinations will be e-mailed before arrival.
Check-Out Time 11:00 A.M.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise that disturbs others is prohibited.
Forgotten Items by Guest Guests will be contacted if any of their personal items are left behind.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. guests are required to clean the dishes before leaving, but not to launder any linens.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal injury in our condo, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact information will be provided to paid guests upon their arrival.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Normally maximum is 4, however a playpen is available upon request..also a high chair
Missing Items There will be a charge for any missing item from condo. A list of items will be provided for you.
Parking & Ticketing Two parking passes will be provided upon arrival. Please leave in room when you leave.
Property Damage Guests will be responsible for any damage that is incurred while staying at the property either by the guest or those being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for either short term or long term accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Eviction will take place for excessive noise, deliberate damage to private and/or common property, or disturbing the peace. If eviction is necessary there will be no refund.

Well maintained fully furnished studio that sleeps 4. Double French doors to sundeck overlooking the slopes. Heated by a cozy gas fireplace plus electric space heater for additional heat in the bathroom. Access this unit with a level entry from the parking lot. Ski right from your ski locker to Silver Queen Chair, Cross Country slopes, snow shoe trails, tubing, skating, bowling. A short walk to the village. Just a 20 minute drive to town [Vernon] or 50 minutes to Kelowna International Airport. Offers a waxing facility by your ski locker. Other amenities incl. a large common room, shared laundry, shower and hot tub.
