Welcome to our Woodrun condo. This true ski in/ski out condo is located right beside Lower Merlin's ski run and the Wizard Express Gondola on Blackcomb.

Beautifully renovated this condo is extremely comfortable and has everything you will need to make your vacation fantastic. Enjoy the year round heated swimming pool and hot tub. Free parking, wifi, individual ski lockers and more. Please note that effective August 1st the second bedroom bunk beds will be changed to a queen/single bunk combo.

Condo is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. The only warning I would give is that the second bedroom/den has no windows, closet or dresser and barely fits the bed that you see in the picture and as such there was little/no room for luggage, etc. Other that the building and condo were really nice.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 8% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Cancellations Made by Owners Full refund will be provided and every effort to relocate guest to comparable unit will be made

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Can be made pending availability
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Common bike room provided. Bikes are strictly not allowed in the condo's. We do not recommend storage of expensive bikes in the bike room. Please use the on mountain bike valet.
Check-In Time 4pm. We cannot accommodate early check in during ski season
Check-Out Time 10am. We cannot accommodate late check out during ski season. There are no facilities for storage of bags on your check out day
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs any cleaning not deemed to be normal may result in an additional cleaning charge of $250 upon checkout
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints
Forgotten Items by Guest please make every effort to ensure that all items are taken with you on departure
Housekeeping Clean on arrival with a mid stay clean for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping can be provided at a minimal cost to guest

Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door locks automatically. Please ensure you have your swipe key card with you at all times

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises
