Actually I didn’t get a chance to stay at this condo because upon arrival, there was a serious flood from another unit that leaked into this unit. However, the owners Michelle and Lee were easy to communicate with given these circumstances. And they compensated me for my trouble. So yes I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay for our family of 6. Easy walk diagonally across the street to catch the free shuttle bus #4 to the Gondola each morning and great access to the hot tub each night. The apartment is cosy and well appointed with fantastic new kitchen appliances. We would definitely recommend it.

Our Favorite Place in Whistler

We have stayed in many different accommodations in Whistler over the years. This unit by far is our favorite place.

It is always very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels, bedding, boardgames, 2 parking spaces etc. It has great wifi and even Netflix. The location is great by IGA, skating rink, sledding hill and free shuttle to the lifts. So much space in the unit. Brand new kitchen appliances and big flat screen tv.

We will be booking our third stay for next year soon and hopefully many more years to come. Great owner response always. Stay here if you can, you'll Love it!

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless rebooked. Guests will be refunded rebooked nights at the rebooked rate, minus all credit card fees (4%).

Property Sale In the event that the new Owners do not honor your booking, we will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you. In the event that we cannot do this, you will receive a full refund.
Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy, subject to credit card fees.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Check-In Time Check-in 4:00. Check with us for early check-ins.
Check-Out Time 10:00am sharp.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Any noise complaints will result in eviction by our security company without a refund. Strict quiet hours after 10 pm are enforced.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure.
Liability Guests hold Owners harmless for any personal or property damage or theft of personal items while in the property, or on any Whistler property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8- strictly enforced.
Property Damage Guests will compensate the Owner financially for all property damage caused by the Guest or anyone in their party.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests who do not meet these policies or who are disturbing other building tenants will be evicted by security.
