Welcome to our ski in/out Snow Creek retreat at Sun Peaks.  Located less then a 5 minute walk to the Village, you have everything at your finger tips.  This one bedroom, two bathroom condo is perfect for a family of 4.

The unit is equipped with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a brand new queen size pullout sofa in the livingroom.  There is a gas fireplace, two tvs, an XBox gaming system, internet, cable tv, DVDs and board games for those evenings you just want to stay in. 

In addition to one underground parking space this unit has its own BBQ and hot tub on the covered back deck.  You can relax year round in the hot tub as you watch horse-drawn sleighs and skiers return home along the Valley Trail.

During the summertime you can hike, mountain bike or golf an incredible course there's no shortage of activities.  Also throughout the summer there are many different outings offered by the mountain such as music fests, wine fests etc.

Come ski the Peaks and enjoy a comfortable stay!

No GST or hotel tax!!!

Great condo - as described, has everything you need. Close to the centre and the skating area. Ski in from the top of the Platter - just drop into the complex at the turn. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Kids loved the private tub.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products. Coded door for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged to Renter. Will come out of the Damage Deposit.
Excessive Noise This is a family complex, excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is done before you arrive and after your departure.
Liability In return for providing a rental unit, we are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Property Damage Charged to Renter. This includes if the Hot tub water has been affected by dumping food and/or liquids into the hot tub. $100 charge to dump and fill hot tub. Cost removed from $250 Damage Deposit.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

585sq ft one bedroom condo features two full bathrooms and a heated garage parking space, plus glass doors that open to a large covered patio that holds a newer hot tub, patio table and ski locker. A full size kitchen and breakfast bar overlooks the large living area with a gas fire place, brand new queen size pullout sofa and flat screen tv.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a door and bay window to the outside. There is also a full ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom.  The livingroom has a queen size sofa bed and also has a second full size bathroom.

About Us

We are a family of 4 who fell in love with Sun Peaks and the great family atmosphere. We live in Vancouver, BC and try and get up to Sun Peaks as often as we can.  The snow at Sun Peaks is incredible and the number of ski runs ensures that every day is a new adventure. We enjoy skiing and spending time together with our Boston Terrier, Morty.
