Everything was great with the exception of the heating system. We followed the instructions as received and the place was extremely hot the whole time. The first night we were all awake for 2 hrs in the middle of the night because of the heat. I called the front desk and they never came around to fix it. We had to leave the windows open a whole day to cool the place down. I would have liked a more responsive service to fix the problem considering the price paid, the fact that it is Whistler and the fact that we had indicated we were travelling with kids.

Excessive Cleaning Costs | Any cleaning deemed to be excessive will result in extra cleaning costs. Please help out our cleaners and remove your garbage upon departure. Load the dishwasher and turn it on. |

COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
