Stayed in this unit for the May Long Weekend and we were quite impressed! From the quick responses from the owners down to the spices available in the kitchen.
This unit is quite cozy yet a fair size to cook, entertain and rest! Everything was easily laid out - what impressed us was that there is an HDMI cable available (if you want to hook your laptop to TV) There is a washer/dryer in the unit stocked with laundry detergent, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots & pan, utensils, plates, etc -- even spices and various ingredients to cook a meal! Toaster, coffee maker, etc also available. The bedroom downstairs my kids loved the bunk bed and upstairs the master bedroom has a comfy bed. The condition of the unit was perfect - all clean nothing falling apart. The location of the complex is truly nice & quiet yet a few steps from the road -- you don't hear the cars travelling by. It is really a 10-12 minute walk to the village -- not far at all.
It's important to know that this building does not have an elevator -- so if you are bringing stuff in - you will need to use the stairs. There is a parkade with assigned parking spot - this one is perfect because it is right by the gate - only the parkade is more on the smaller side so if you have a larger vehicle - you may have to park your vehicle outside.
Other than that - we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and can't wait to come back again next year! I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a race series in April 2018. The description of the property and its location is accurate. The location of the townhouse complex is ideal. It is a short walk to the gondolas for both mountains and the village yet is removed from the noise and traffic.
The unit is in very good condition with a nicely equipped kitchen, and good TV/DVD/cable. The beds and furniture are comfortable. There is one underground parking spot plus one above ground spot. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay and did not use the car. There is locked storage in the garage that can be used for bikes, plus a bike washing station on the property.
The hosts were very responsive, and were able to accommodate our requests. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Guest Stay Policies
If any charges need to be charged back to the guests (for example but not limited to damage, missing items and repairs) the guests will incur the cost of these fees along with a 5% additional fee for running the guests credit card. The 5% is exactly what is charged by the management company so there is no mark up.

The replacement cost for a missing storage key is $100. |
