We stayed at Woodrun during the last week of March. The condo was in great shape and was nicer than the pictures on the alluraDirect website. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family of four. Woodrun is in a great location and the complex was well maintained. We skied to the base every day and could also walk to the village along the ski trail.
The owner was responsive and made sure we could check in when our travel plans changed at the last minute and we realized we may arrive late in the evening.View Full Review

5 stars in all aspects. Whilst it is good staying right in the village, the homely feel of this incredibly fitted out condo, combined with its ski-in ski-out location, make it hard to beat. So much better than a hotel. Every thing we could want was available. Only 4 of us stayed however it would have comfortably slept 6 as two bathrooms and a large living area made it very comfortable. Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Quiet time after 10pm. If a noise complaint is logged it will be charged to your card on the reservation file. This is policed by Sea to Sky security and we have no control over this, so please just keep it down.|
|Housekeeping||Upon departure, please load the dishwasher and turn it on. Take your garbage and recycling to the bins in the parking garage. You may leave clean dishes in the dishwasher and drying rack.|

The Master Suite has a king bed, full bath, & closet. The second bedroom has custom wood FULL size bunkbeds with individual reading lights and charging stations for each bed. The second bedroom also has a TV with inputs for computers & gaming stations. The large kitchen is fully stocked. The cozy living area has a warm gas fireplace.
