Glacier lodge is located at base of Blackcomb and steps away from the Wizard chair and Blackcomb base lodge.  Makes it easy to get your tickets, rent your gear and click into your skis or strap into your board and get on the mountain.  
The brand new 65" Samsung TV in the livingroom; plus a new leather Restoration Hardware couch, and a Stylus queen sleeper sofa, mean the whole family can comfortably enjoy an apres ski evening by the gas fireplace.
The bedroom boasts two brand new plush euro-top mattresses, a large closet, & its own flat screen tv.
In the kitchen you have everything you may need to cook a family dinner or bake a batch of cookies. & the full sized dishwasher makes clean-up easy.
Glacier Lodge, is an Upper Village jewel, located steps from the Wizard Express chairlift, restaurants, & shopping, ski shops, pubs. It has a heated pool & two hot tubs, as well as a fitness center, ski & snowboard shop, & laundry on site.
The 24 hour front desk, complimentary concierge ski & snowboard storage, & available underground pay parking, make the Glacier Lodge a truly no hassle no stress location.

New Years Family Time

Second year our family has gone to Whistler between Christmas and New Years. This was a great rental property for a family of 3. Close to the base of Blackcomb where my husband and 10 year old love to ski from. Nice short walk to the village. Quiet and comfortable. Would totally recommend to others as well would love to stay again.

Great winter vacation!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped for our meals, which were our breakfasts, and a dinner.

We enjoyed the luxurious look of the decor and the spacious bedroom. There were plenty of towels stored in the room for our use and we never had to ask for an more supplies like paper towels or toilet paper because it was all well stocked.

This is a great location as well because it is just a few minutes walk to the Blackcomb base and ski lifts. We loved it and if given the chance would love to stay here again!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled greater than 60 days from arrival. If less than 60 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals Refunds not provided for late or delayed arrivals or early departures.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information General information will be conveyed upon receipt of deposit. Specific arrival instructions delivered via email upon payment of balance for reservation.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates can result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Absolutely no mountain bikes allowed in the condo's. Common bike storage room in building. Ask us for on mountain storage options
Check-In Time 4pm During ski season we cannot offer early check in's
Check-Out Time 10am During ski season cannot offer late check out unless there is no new guest checking in
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect quiet time in this complex
Forgotten Items by Guest Please ensure to make every effort to take all belongings with you upon departure. Forgotten items can me mailed back to guest at guests expense
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
