 "This was a great unit. The location couldn't be beat, only a few steps away from the chairlift. Being able to ski down right to the unit allowed for longer ski days. The unit was very cozy and well-maintained, with a very nice view. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Everything needed to cook and eat were there, and of good quality. The bed linens were better than in many 4 star hotels. We would have no hesitation in staying in the same unit next time we visit Whistler.. "Great Condo in Whistler"

"We stayed here in May 2015. This is a spacious, bright and well appointed condo in the upper village. We are a family of 5 (kids aged 7, 10, 11) and found there was plenty of room for us here - both bedrooms are a good size, bathrooms weren't huge but were totally serviceable and very clean, clever dining area that easily accommodates a larger group, good storage space as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about any kitchen device you might need. Beds were very comfortable, linens are high end. Nice balcony to enjoy views of Blackcomb and also overlooks the pool/hot tubs. The pool was warm and quite large, 3 hot tubs to pick from as well. Family friendly feel at this complex and our room was very quiet, peaceful. Easy walking distance to the main village and other sites about town (i.e about a 10 min walk to Lost Lake, 5 min to the golf course). Though we weren't here for ski season, location is ideal for skiing/boarding. Highly recommend."

"Better than a hotel!"

"Thanks so much for a fabulous stay in your condo. We've stayed in lots of different accommodations in Whistler and your Aspens condo is simply the best. Check in and parking was easy and the location is fantastic. We were able to park the car in the secure underground garage and leave it there all weekend as everything is only a short walk away. Access to the valley trail is right there and we spent one whole day biking all around Whistler. The condo itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and amenities. The beds and linens were 5 star, better than some hotels we've stayed in. It's clear the owners take good care of this property and chose high end finishings and furniture for their guests. This was also the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental and they truly thought of everything - right down to dishes and utensils for the kids. We also appreciated the pack and play crib and high chair provided in the condo. One less thing we had to bring from home! The kids had tons of space in the second bedroom and loved the pool and hot tubs. We cannot wait to come back for another stay in your condo!"

"Luxurious Atmosphere"

"The remodel with the new modern interior breaths the atmosphere of a 5 star resort. The king sized bed sleeps heavenly and our three teenage girls slept comfortably in the second bedroom. I could not believe how complete the kitchen inventory was, never seen this anywhere else. Really loved the fact that the appartement was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, even if there would have been noisy neighbors we didn't hear a thing. And right next to the stairs to go down to one of the three hot tubs. The balcony is huge and has a wonderful view of the ski run.

The concierge in the Aspens is very friendly and helpful. Although you can walk or ski down easily, it is good to know the free shuttle to the village stops just around the corner.

We got there almost at 4pm, and the place wasn't ready. Housekeeping was running behind. But when she was done (and did a great job), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three adults and three kids. We'd come back for sure. Probably our favorite spot yet on the mountain, and we've been all over Whistler/Blackcomb.

Possibly the BEST SKI-IN/SKI-OUT location in Whistler located right on Blackcomb Mountain! Especially with the added complimentary ski/snowboard valet service from Summit Sport right in the Aspens lobby where you can also pick up equipment rentals or have your skis/board tuned for the next day. Our property is the top floor (4th) south facing corner unit with fantastic views looking up both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains as well as overlooking 2 of the hot tubs and on the closest side to the ski hill. The base of Blackcomb/Wizard chair is less than a minute away once you've grabbed your skis. The Aspens is located right above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Resort Hotel which is perfect for apres-ski drinks or dinner (or the spa!) as well as the other great restaurants available at the base of Blackcomb (Upper Village). The Four Season Hotel and Spa is also nearby as well as the cafes, ski shops and boutiques in the Upper Village which also hosts the popular Whistler Farmer's Market every Sunday from June-October. There is also a small grocery store (Upper Village Market) across from the Chateau if needed without having to go into the main Village grocery store or Marketplace IGA. Easy walking distance to the main Village restaurants and night life (less than 10 min) or can utilize the free Whistler shuttle bus.

Reservation Changes You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit is calculated on the original amount and is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation less a $150.00 administration fee providing the dates can be re sold.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Absolutely no skis/snowboards/bikes allowed in units under any circumstances. Complimentary ski/snowboard valet storage available on-site at Summit Sport located in the lobby.
Bike Storage Secure bike storage is available in the underground parking area. No bikes allowed in unit under any circumstances.
Internet Availability & Usage Free in-suite wireless Internet is provided.
Parking & Ticketing Secure underground pay parking available ($12/night, less for longer stays). Must purchase ticket upon arrival outside the lobby from parking machine, then collect magnetic key card from front desk staff to access underground parking.
Hot Tub In-suite towels provided are not to be removed/used for hot tubs/pool. Blue/white striped towels are available at the front desk for hot tubs/pool. No glass is allowed in hot tub/pool areas, plastic cups are available.
Housekeeping Complimentary upon arrival and departure and for longer bookings. Mid stay cleaning for shorter bookings can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 persons. Occupancy in excess of 6 persons or misrepresentation of the number of guests in the rental agreement will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Resort Information Our complimentary personal concierge will provide resort information on confirmation of your booking.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Locking Door Guests will lock the door when they leave the property to avoid /minimize theft or break-ins (door does not lock automatically).
Missing Items The registered guest will be financially responsible for any missing items upon departure.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for their own garbage/recycling removal on days that the condo is not serviced and at end of stay. Garbage/recycling containers are located in the underground parking area. Garbage left in the unit may result in an additional charge.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Excessively noisy guests (screaming, swearing, yelling, etc) are not permitted and will be evicted immediately WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. We restrict rental of this property to families and mature guests to avoid this situation.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands
Maintenance Emergencies In case of an emergency contact the Personal Concierge Service. Number will be provided in the suite.
Property Damage Registered guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred during your stay. Pre approved damage deposit of $1000, but will only be charged on departure in the event of damage.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs as determined by our cleaning company will result in an extra charge to your credit card.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals. See our rates page for minimum night stay.
Terms of Eviction In the event of Eviction, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Smoking, Occupancy over 6 persons, misrepresentation of the number of guests, misrepresentation of the minimum age, excessive noise, common and private property damage, and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.

UPGRADED FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen with granite countertops and a brand new microwave, slide-in ceramic top stove, fridge, garburator and kitchen faucet (October 2014). Almost everything new - dishes, cutlery, glassware, mugs, kitchen utensils, knives, coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, etc. And in case you do wish to cook on your vacation we have tried to think of everything we would want in our kitchen - even down to a garlic press and lemon zester! For your convenience we also stock cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponges/scrubbers, dishwasher soap, garbage bags) and a few basics (salt/pepper grinders, olive oil/balsamic vinegar, etc).

Living Area

Bright living area offers plenty of seating with large newer sofa (queen pullout) and accent chair, gas fireplace, flat screen 42" wall mounted TV, Polk Audio sound bar with bluetooth to wirelessly connect to enabled devices (smartphones, iPad) and views up Blackcomb Mountain. Spacious and private deck off the living area has great views up both mountains as well as overlooking the pool/hot tubs and is a lovely place to have your morning coffee or drinks or a meal after using the propane BBQ.

Enjoy dining at the new mid-century modern wood dining table with seating for up to 6 in the comfortable Eames (replica) dining chairs.

About Us

We are the proud new owners with a young family who have been enjoying the Whistler lifestyle since 1983 when my family bought our cabin here - with the dream that now we can create some of the same memories with our kids as they grow up. We both skied competitively on the Canadian Freestyle Team for many years and now Jim coaches the Russian Mogul Team. With competing and now coaching we have been lucky to have travelled extensively since 1993 visiting many top ski resorts throughout the world and we strive to create and ensure a world class, welcoming, and relaxing retreat for your next vacation to Whistler.
